That's OK, I'm sure his other dad Buck, at least, can still carry him. Remember when Eddie, a grown man not that much smaller than Buck, got shot and Buck almost single-handedly lifted him into the fire truck? Buck is a beast. 🔥
Christopher is lucky. When I was a kid, decorating for Christmas was entirely my job and my sister's. The folks considered their job to simply be providing the hardware. Heck, after I moved away my mother would guilt-trip me over the fact that she didn't have a Christmas tree because I wasn't around to put one up for her.
My theory is that Eddie will be moving to something less hazardous meaning it could be dispatcher like the time he could think the boy was reading the letters of the room he's in backwards or a physician's assistant in a similar way Hen is becoming a doctor to highlight all front line worker stories. This would give Eddie more time with Chris as he's becoming a moody teenager, let Buck either break up or iron things out with Taylor over a few episodes, and to let Eddie reflect on why he doesn't like the idea of marrying Ana to potentially not following the heart of his religious Mexican family because now Eddie is going to follow his own heart.
It’s crazy seeing Christopher grow up. Still such a little cutie!!
