It's really impressive how one can create those complex sound scapes out of single waveforms 🎧 Unfortunately, when I bought the device, it had a firmware installed which had a buggy _Render_ _Selection_ feature. I stopped using that feature altogether cause it was to annoying to end up with corrupted / incomplete renderings. I really should get used to it again 💚
Hi Stazma, this is a great video and i'd love to try the techniques you showed but my Tracker i bought a few weeks ago has only folders called Analogue Glitch, Breakbeats, Concrete Collage Drum Kit and Drum Loops. There is no Synths folder for some reason. Is it possible to get these sounds from somewhere? Thanks for your great content!
Very nice video with great tips. Is there any change that you could share your process of how you convert recorded material into single cycle waveforms? I would love to create my own once.
Most of these sounds are better than any synth can make! What note are the single cycle in? I’m guessing it’s to do with the sample rate and wavelength which dictate the note value? It looks like yours were in c?
@@Stazma Same here, got the Tracker with firmware 1.4 installed, so obviously they don't include your synths on the machines. Nevertheless, thank you so much for your effort and your generosity to share it with us through the device itself and the provided link! A lot of work went into this quite obviously
Heyo! I’m considering picking up a Polyend Tracker. I was thinking of the original used. I think I can get it for much much cheaper than the Tracker +. I’m coming from a modular background so the synth engines of the new one does appeal to me but I wondered how you’ve found the workflow of using single cycle wave forms vs something more of an engine workflow? I also figured the cost of the used OG feels appropriate as my main way of making music will continue to be modular.
Excellent
nice one, thanks, good tips! Love the double osc trick, real nasty sounds!
Nice guide, thankyou
This is veeeeeeery helpful!! Thanks!
Thanks

I just got to you via your Instagram, check your inbox ;-)
Merci super vidéo vraiment inspirant!
Mais de rien !
So good.

It's bit of a boring process but i'll try to pack it in a short video asap ;-)
@@Stazma That would be so cool. Thank you :)

It's all in C because i've paid attention to it.
Thanks for doing this. I can't find the synths folder. The same as Sabrehart.
Weird ! Here is the link to the full bank so you should be alright: bit.ly/stazmatracker

Sure the OG is still a great machine and working with single cycle waveforms is fun with it.
@@Stazma awesome. Good to know!
HECK YEAH!
Polyend no longer includes all these samples. Anyway to get them? Thanks!

@@Stazma Sweeeeet! Thx :)
