i bare witness that there is no God [cultural deity, idols, our mental image of god] but God [essence beyond `whatness` into pure monotheism] and Muhammad is a mercy from God, a supreme image of character , the bringer of good news and the prognostic saddler of enlightenment.

As an American revert in my 30s who grew up in “middle America” I can confirm 9/11 and the terrible movie with Sallie Fields about her Iranian husband taking her daughter captive were also my only exposures to Islam when I was young.
Sophomore year, in 2005, just a few years after 9/11, I had a wonderful World History teacher who wrote “Islam” on the board and had us all come up and write associated words that came to mind. The only things on that board were “terrorist. Osama bin Laden. 9/11.” And the like. Then she shattered that all in one lecture. She taught us that Islam was a religion of peace, that it means submission to God, that it’s the same God of the Bible, etc. She wasn’t a Muslim. But I know Allah sbt put her in my life to guide me to this path soubhainallah. I wouldn’t convert until 15 years later, but the seeds of curiosity and acceptance were sown by that one passionate teacher.

Every Musl!m is a potential terrorist threat against women, children, and all Non-Muslims as taught in the Quran and as taught in the mosques. Moreover, Islam, its Totalitarian-Hate Teachings(eg. Quran, Hadith, Sira, Tafsir, etc.), its Terrorist-Training Mosques, its Slaveholder Shariah(Islamic Law), its Subversive and Marxist Political Organizations(eg. CAIR, MSA, MB, OIC, etc.), its Sinister Halal Certifications, its Diabolical Gang and Prostitution Practices, its Polygamist-Child Marriage Practices, its Racist Gender-Segregated Schools, its Detestable Pagan Holidays, its Socialist Economic System, and its Genocidal Caliphate(eg. Islamic State, ISIS, Islam’s Ummah) are a legal threat and a terroristic menace to every Country and Constitution in the world because Islam produces Polygamous, Discriminatory, Malicious, Racist, Seditious, and Tyrannical Criminal Enterprises against ALL Non-Muslims(Quran 2:178, 244; 3:54, 85,110; 4:65,95; 5:55; 8:30, 39, 74; 9:5, 29, 33, 41, 73, 88, 111, 123). Islam’s true ambition is to build a global Caliphate or Islamic State over all the world using lies and deceit(Quran 8:39; 9:33). Islam means “to surrender by becoming a Muslim”(Quran 48:16; 49:14-15; 3:85). By failing to become a Muslim under Islam’s Law(eg. convert to Islam or die), the Christian or J * wish Non-Muslim is a CRIMINAL who must pay Jizya(Extortion Penalty) to stay alive while the other Non-Muslims are not offered this payment option and are annihilated(Quran 9:5,29; 33:36). Quran 3:85 says, “And whoever desires any other religion except Islam, so it will not be accepted from him, and in the hereafter he will be of the losers.” Qur’an 9:29 says, “Engage in war with those who do not believe in Allah nor in the last day. Nor forbid what Allah and his messenger forbid, nor believe in the religion of the truth[Islam] among those who have been given the book[Christians and J * w s] until they pay the jizya[extortion penalty] out of hand and they are subdued[disgraced].”
Islam is a racist worldview, a segregationist ideology, a treacherous cult, and a discriminatory government(Caliphate, Islamic State) of lies, terrorism, fear, intimidation, and deceit(Quran 3:54; 5:51; 7:99; 8:30; 13:42), and every Muslim, peaceful and violent, is a terrorist according to Allah(Quran 49:14-15). All 50+ Islamic Countries(eg. Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran, etc.) are State-Sponsors of terrorism and discrimination. Islam and Muslims are the main source, cause, and threat of terrorism and discrimination in the world(Quran 4:74-76; 9:29). Thus, the corrupt cult of Islam should NOT have religious protections under the law in any country, and Islam and its Mosques should be banned because coexistence with Islam is never possible with Islam’s discriminatory and terroristic ideology(Quran 5:51; 9:29; 98:6-7). Quran 98:6-7 says, “6 Surely those who became infidels, from the People of the Book[J * w s and Christians] and polytheists, will abide in the fire of hell forever. Those are the worst of the creatures. 7 Surely those who believed and did good deeds, those are the best of the creatures.” How do Muslims bring the Non-Muslims to Islam? In Sahih Bukhari(V6,B60,N80), Abu Huraira narrates, “‘You(Muslims) are the best of peoples ever raised for mankind.’ means, the best of peoples for the people, as you bring them[Non-Muslims] with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam[see Quran 3:110].” See also Quran 69:30-32.

“They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us; but their going showed that none of them belonged to us.” - ‭‭1 John‬ ‭2‬:‭19‬‬
“Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist-denying the Father and the Son. No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.” - ‭‭1 John‬ ‭2‬:‭22‬-‭23‬‬
John‬ ‭8‬:‭44‬‬ tells us that the devil is the father or lies, he is an exceptionally proficient manipulator, meaning he can mask himself as light.
Matthew 4; Jesus Is Tested in the Wilderness. Right after Jesus was baptised, Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. QUOTING scripture!!!
“Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. The tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.” Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’” Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. “If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself down. For it is written: “ ‘He will command his angels concerning you, and they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’” Jesus answered him, “It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’” Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.” Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.’” Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him.”- ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭4‬:‭1‬-‭11‬‬
“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” - ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭4‬:‭12‬‬
“Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.” - ‭‭1 John‬ ‭4‬:‭1‬‬
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.” - ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭6‬:‭10‬-‭18‬‬
But boys and girls, ladies and gentleman, whoever is reading this, please search for the truth yourself. At the end of the day, when we face God, it will be only you and Him and no one else. It is not an excuse to say, your parents or your leaders raised you up this way. You are your own individual and need to take autonomy on your own relationship with God. Right now, and as you move and breathe every second, pray to God for the truth and you will receive it.
““Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.” - ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭7‬-‭12‬‬
“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.”- ‭‭James‬ ‭1‬:‭5‬-‭8‬‬
Dear brothers and sisters, if you want to have a hard heart you will, but if you want to know the truth you will.
Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.” - ‭‭James‬ ‭1‬:‭5‬-‭8
Muslims believe that Jesus was only a mere prophet sent from God, but thats nonsense. If he was only a mere prophet, it would be blaspheme the things he says. It is only because he IS the Son of God, he can call God, "Father."
“This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.” - ‭‭1 John‬ ‭1‬:‭5‬
“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.” - ‭‭1 John‬ ‭1‬:‭7‬‬
“Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them. Anyone who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me.” - ‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭23‬-‭24‬‬

Alhamdulillah! It is a real joy to hear you share your story with the world, and on the eve of Ramadan! I'm incredibly honored to be the friend you mention at 52:05 (Orthodox American who converted to Islam).
From Catholic to Orthodox, Catholic to Muslim, and a love for Dr Chittick and Dr Timothy Winter's writings---we're "soul brothers", in a way! It has been a beautiful faith journey with you, Brother Sa'id (Troy)! I'm honored to have been but a small part of your journey to Islam from 2019 to now. We became friends in DC in 2012, over a decade ago, when I was an Orthodox layman and you were an Orthodox hieromonk known as Father Hilarion! Then in 2018, you were one of the few Orthodox or Catholic priests or bishops who spoke kindly to me when my summer 2018 conversion to Islam became more public a few months later. Now, from brothers in Orthodoxy and Catholicism, we are brothers in Islam. What a great blessing!

@@stephenconnolly1830 Tolerance bro. Revert is the term that has come to define people who have submitted themselves to God by way of Islam. If you don't agree with it, okay, no problem, this is your valid opinion. Islam is way tolerant when it comes to semantics when it actually makes little difference in the eyes of God. What matters is the relationship between you and God.

The world is just an illusion, everything is temporary including your body, only your soul will go to afterlife and for that you need to search for the truth.
May one true God show you the right path.

I'm a Christian believer and I've been struggling to better understand the truth. Jesus came to reveal the truth about God the Father.
But I keep learning. Only God is all-knowing. I also try to respect Muslims because God created us all. We have different beliefs for various reasons.
