Maurice Ravel - Jeux d'eau Transcribed by Oliver Wass Sheet music available to purchase here harpcolumn.com... Performed live at Milton Court Concert Hall
Breathtakingly beautiful. As a pianist, I always thought this piece was the summit of impressionist music for the piano. Your transcription, perfectly adapted to the harp, has made me wonder if this sonority was not the true intention of Ravel when he composed it, a “délicatesse” quasi impossible to attain on my instrument. Thank you.
Jamais rien entendu d'aussi beau à la harpe. C'est incroyable de beauté, de virtuosité, et par un bogosse sans partoche. Cette vidéo est juste un miracle ! Bravo et merci !
Many notes are inaudible. Closing your fingers better would you give you much more tonal control and articulation. This is pretty wallpaper, without the subtleties of the piano. Too many notes are missing, very little dynamic contrast. If the piece worked on the harp, Salzedo would have transcribed it. Better you play Mother Goose, or try playing his Sonatine...You'll never win over knowledgable people with this.

Astounding transcription and gorgeous playing. Wow. Thank you.
Fantastic rapide notes, which were originally intended to imitate a harp anyway.

With my earbuds in there’s some background fuzz that sounds like a distant waterfall. Nowhere else could that work so perfectly
