Grigor is someone to be really afraid of. This guy deals with Russian Bratva and Blacklisted governments. When he has the ability to threatened an ex-Secretery of treasury in US while being sanctioned just imagine how powerful he is. In S3E12 Hall says if Grigor wants somebody gone it would be done cleanly either it will be an accident or heart attack. He ripped a mans arm only cause the guy was slow in giving what Grigor wants.

Chuck was separated from Wendy and later chose not to run for NY Governor so he missed his chance.

Leave to the writer Eli to include a racist reference to the Honorable Mayor David Dinkins, the one term mayor of New York City and whose policies certainly did not create the squeegy problem. Let’s ignore the fact that Mayor Koch was mayor of New York for nine million terms but God forbid Eli make a reference Mayor Koch failed policies.
