Thank you. You would not be able to rotate the switch. It has arms that extend from one side that you connect the pickup wiring to.

Just switch the wires at the output of the volume pots. Also, whenever you are replacing neck and bridge pickups in a Les Paul, you ALWAYS replace the neck pickup first. It's a PITA doing it like in this video.
