I actually do use the vending machines during missions, some missions have a vending machine somewhere and i use to fill up health without wasting snacks

I remember my son always using the roller coaster at the pier. Then I took him to the Santa Monica Pier (what Del Perro Pier is based on for those that don't know) and he freaked out. "Dad, it's like we're in the game!!!"
There was a few months ago that there was a bug with the roller coaster that if someone else was sitting in with you, when the coaster started moving they'd flop around on top, me and my friend about died at how silly it looked.

I used the minigun to unlock the Ammu-Nation hoody though the ammo range challenge, lol. As a bonus you get a 5+ slot for sticky bombs, grenades for a total of 30.
Another feature you didn't mention was watching TV. You can also use it to watch other players and see what they are up too. I always found this so interesting.
Merryweather is a great example. I've been playing for years and only found out a couple months ago that you can call a boat from Merryweather when stranded in the middle of the sea, instead of swimming for ten minutes to get back to shore only to find you're miles from the nearest road which is up a unclimbable hill

I do the daily objectives often except for certain ones, namely ones that require participation of another player, usually, and nice thing about daily objectives is that a good chunk of what's listed here can be on that list. And I use Merryweather probably a bit too often to send mercs after other players, especially if they insist on bugging me, same for the strike team in the facility.
If you have cash to spare, you should buy the ballistic equipment ($500,000 on warstock) and just see how long you can last as a juggernaut with a 5-star wanted level.
I use the car wash almost daily ! I roleplay a lot with my cars and so car meets and the car wash just gives it that extra SHINE ! and me my homies do a lot of activities on the side like going to the movies and going to the gas station to get snacks and stuff lol
You can be a bartender at your night club or arcade. I did this during the festive season and invited the whole lobby in. So many players got drunk it was hilarious!
I always thought the NPC racing you at the light, was the NPC getting spooked by your character and trying to get away 😂 dope that it’s actually racing, since one day I thought “I feel like their trying to race not run🤔”🔥
As someone who doesn't crash or get car scratches and actually sees the dirt and dust eventually build up, is really cool, I like using car washes. You notice the difference of a long used untouched car then cleaning it. Off road vehicles with mud and dust look so awesome.
I still use the shooting range at the ammunation, and I’ve watched the movies but long ass time ago, I always use Merryweather to send mercenaries to troll people all the time, I have my phone customized as well, I use the vending machine in the arcade, Ive used Impromptu racing ONCE and I freakin love darts
I used the shooting range a couple months ago when I started playing, and it was good for leveling up my shooting stat. I do my gunplay in first person, and the range is really helpful for practicing.
For objectives they need them to be obtainable. I love the idea of getting people to do activities but to complete them with every passing update becomes harder for new players because it requires “mod vehicle at X new DLC location”. They need a set of core objectives that can be completed then a daily bonus for those who do have the update properties
I know that some of the sport events are required to unlock the game's platform equivalent trophy/achievement like "Enjoy Your Stay" and "Numero Uno" (You need to win a game against another player at the Shooting Range) but I would always suggest these to a new player to help build confidence in flying and shooting, especially with certain Heists needing knowledge of flying and parachuting, this can make a difference. I used to do the Impromptu Race against a few friends before they got an Oppressor, so it was a nice little bit of fun to race against one another. But even 3 generations on, I never knew about the NPC street races! I'll have to try that next time I'm online!
The car wash is for the purpose of making your car shine more. If you do it right after you take your car out the garage you will see that the color is more vibrant
Just a couple days ago I remembered daily objectives exist. I checked them while at the pier and had an objective to ride an amusement park ride. So I've actually done 2 of these things quite recently, and I probably won't again for another year!
I always use Merrywhether, it works. Like if the enemy is on a roof u can use airstrike and get the right angle on them, if its a long range shootout theres time to call in heli support & once you shoot the person the helicopter goes after them, mercenaries are always fun, I've never used boat pickup and have only tried heli pickup like once but for noobs I guess useful possibly.
I find the backup heli very helpful in resupply missions or thing where it is not pvp because the can get some enemies. that and they usually draw enemy gunfire
Shooting Range and Flight School are really handy to get your shooting and flying skills up Plus IIRC after you complete a certain amount of the Shooting Range challenges you earn discounts on guns and ammo
I was wondering why you were listing things I do whenever I get Objectives (i.e. movies, shooting range). Golf especially. Then I saw why! I’m surprised people aren’t aware of them. It’s impossible for solo players to do 28 days in a row because they often include objectives that require multiple players and things like Doomsday Heist finale that may require long set up time. Bunker shooting range is impossible on console (only good for fulfilling an objective IMO) but I like the Ammunation one. I didn’t know about the NPC street race!
I've been playing GTA for a couple years now and watching TGG to learn about the game. I think this is the first time I've seen the face under the gorilla mask. It didn't even register at first. Love the back hair too!
A lot of these features were used a lot in story mode im pretty sure I went to the theatres a couple times and used the gun range to max out my ammo capacity’s

I actually have used the tram to troll some tryhard who killed me. I killed em back a few times and I noticed he was following me in a toreador, so I hopped on the tram and he's pent a good 10 minutes following my blip around confused as he'll as to where I had disappeared to.
I do try to do my daily objectives most days as it is a nice easy way to get RP. This exposes you to alot of other secondary activities including the cinema.
I suspect that most of these things have slowly been neglected due to the rise in griefing over the years, I used to play with a few friends, which no longer play because of this which means I now play mainly on solo maps. I still shower after a few missions to clear my character of injuries, I find A.T.M's quicker than my mobile to deposit cash, I have different outfits which require different haircuts so I change frequently, TGG what are your thoughts on the awards (in the start menu) would you suggest low level players ought to look at these to help with leveling up? I think most new player don't know about them!
I use merry weather still. If you like to partake in oregano smoking, the pickup is a great way to get a toke in and stay moving. Airstrike and backup helicopter are really fun on some biker contract and other open ended missions.
i use the merry weather services all the time the air strike and the back up helicopter are amazing on solo missions and the boat pickup comes in a charm when your stranded in the sea
You're gonna love me haha, features from this video that I use: Car Wash - I hate having dirt on my car + it's there so why not hah Shower - to remove blood + bruising Objectives - I didn't know you'd get that much money so I will be doing more ! Highlights - Character has a brighter blonde hair colour :) Taxis - I use them if I'm too lazy or tired from driving/can't decide what car to have haha Shooting Range - I use it check the guns out + see how they are, also good for practice Movies - Been once or twice recently Golf/Darts - These little keep me occupied if I'm getting bored in the game. I'll play my arcade games too and I play around with the drones haha Amusements - It's such a wholesome GTA feature and pays massive homage to the real LA park.. Phone - Yup, purple background with stripes + ringtone 2 I think hah What GTA have given us in this game is just so good, looking forward to 6 !
Up until they added the gun van I used the merryweather ammo drop as it was one of the easiest ways to get Molotovs since they couldn’t be bought before then.
I personally use the Merryweather ‘Backup Helicopter’ during a steal supplies or sell mission with AI enemies. Not how it’s on pc but in a lot of my sell missions the NPCs have insane aim, then proceed to camp my stock with about 7-16 enemies. Whenever I try to kill then, they always get me first after a few shots. Plus it helps clear any enemies attacking me whilst driving since some vehicles don’t allow you to shoot behind you.
I actually never knew about the npc street race mechanic. Everything else I have done before, but now my mainly solo ass is gonna use that npc streetrace option whenever I'm bored
A couple of these I actually use. The shooting range not just for the aim help but to hear what the different guns sound like and not wanting cops on me. At times will use the car wash, especially if I take a car off road for a bit. The MW helicopter pickup is REALLY useful when you're on an area of the map and the mechanic puts your car on a different area of the map. (Like dirt road in front of me, but the oppressor is put on the pavement, half a mile away) Lastly, I knew about the objectives, just never the actual constant reward thing......shoot.
I actually played a TON of golf for a period of time because I wanted to get my strength up without punching literally every NPC. As well as the fact that it was the only thing to do during a full lobby without getting killed every 5 seconds. Before Rockstar made it so you could sell stuff in Invite Only lobbies that is.
I actually try to do the daily objectives sometimes. I drink from the vending machines nearly everyday neither at the one in the arcade after refreshing every setup. I actually get into those ATM's more than the phone because the ATM's has actually less delay and has no limit on withdraw as you've said. And lastly I do play Golf... But sometimes at story mode, but I might've played it twice in Online. That's all!
Lol I knew about it since I started playing and I actually did this a lot in story mode but in online where your vehicle is gonna be damaged a lot it doesn't seem worth it
I ride the train/tram quite often. I even have a personal challenge for public lobbies, where I try get to and catch the train from LSIA. Then see if I can stay/survive on the train for an entire lap of the train line, whilst shooting up all stations and police encountered
Playing the sports minigames in GTA adds to your strength stat. A couple of my friends maxed out their strength by playing golf. So its not just a random diversion you can use to improve your character, unfortunately I don't enjoy golf.
I am doing Daily objectives almost every day. Also I remember doing flight school all gold medals with my cousin 3 years ago and I am really sad that there are no new missions because I remember that doing the flight school was really fun.
If you got them nice fire paint jobs and custom specs on your ride like myself you often hit the carwash often and it's a VERY noticeable difference ‼️💯
I like the golf game a lot. Playing a few holes is a good break from driving missions and people trying to kill you. Meanwhile, the passive businesses are still rolling.
I used the taxi fast travel to paleto bay when my bunker and arcade were there. As soon as I learned you can grind in solo lobbies I now abuse the appear in -> new session to fast travel.
One of the funniest things i have done with friends is get one man in a journey, and me and another friend in ballistic equipment climb on top of the journey. We have so much fun driving a small RV with 2 juggernauts flying towards unsuspecting players
I mean technically I do shower quite often if I’ve got my spawn set as my yacht half the time I’ll spawn in the shower, I also use the tram occasionally if I’m bored out of my mind after grinding loads of money for hours on end
I've used a car wash sometimes, i use vending machines for a quick heal, i use ATM's when i wanna switch to my other character but i might probably stop using it because when i probably have all businesses (except facility and other property that isn't all about heists.
I used a backup helicopter for the first time when I was doing an acid lab supply mission, there was so many people to kill at a farm, and the helicopter swept up fairly well
I've used the carwash and I've done flight school, and I use vending machines on the reg. Doing flight school gives you a Backup chute, so when another player clips your parachute, you have a Backup chute. I can't believe that more people don't do flight school, it's really fun too.
When I'm grinding agency missions (currently 105/200 done), I'll go upstairs to resupply and take a shower to get rid of all the blood so I look fresh for the next mission :)
If you go to online settings and go to player, you can highlight a player thru that and it will stay like that until you turn it off. Way better than the interaction menu
that burnout next to an npc just freaks them out and makes them drive away scared, which has probably been stated quite a few times here in the comments section anyway.
I tend to use the helicopter pickup the intended way. Easy AFK travel. (I know both casino and agency have cars that do that too, but being on the ground risks crash, is slower, and has a risk of them bugging out and send be to the casino/agency instead of my waypoint)
Good features to highlight. Of them i do use the Merryweather helicopter pickup and Taxi for when i have to get somewhere but can't be bothered to drive or am doing something else at the same time. I also use the vending machines (like the shout out to Sonny Evans!) if there is one handy - one stop for all health The rest not much to be honest.
I use a ton of these. Each one has a secret reason why I use it. If I see someone teleport to their orbital cannon, I use the rides at the pier lol. Airstrikes for people I'm right under and I'm texting them making them think I'm not down to fight lol. Showers clean the ugly off you. Taxis for when I need to smoke.
Yes, the taxi service. What's fun is, calling one, taking out the driver, then having LS Customs Remote bomb it, so when you pick up another player, you call to detonate moments before diving out.
Me and my friends still use these features. Except for the shower/daily objectives and impromptu race. Everything else we still use, including golf and cinema
I use back up heli all the time. it does help when im in a tight spot, or when i have to to diving missions and boats are on the surface waiting for me to come up
I use the Taxis regularily. For example if both my free helicopters are "busy" or if I need to go from one end of the map to the other side, and just use the time to look something up in the meantime.
Most features I don't use because I have used them a lot in GTAV like shooting range, sports, amusement fair. I completed flight school when I was new to Online. It's actually surprised me that the flight quests are totally different from those of GTAV. I use shower quite often though to wash off blood. The last feature of challenging NPC for impromptu race is something I don't know. Thanks.
4:16 I actually did a video last year on my channel with a challenge ride to the daily objectives for 28 days in a row. That was the most strenuous BS I ever did on this game lol and it took me 93 days from when I started doing it. I decided to start doing this with rockstar, kept removing and adding new game modes and sometimes something they would remove would be on my daily objective list and they didn’t remove it from the daily objective, so I was actually stuck and wasn’t able to complete it. But eventually I didn’t get it. But it took 93 days. Lol
I love how you've mentioned Golf in the video, about a month ago I played tennis, gold and did arm wrestling with a mate while we were live streaming it, it was fun sure but probably made a very boring stream for anyone watching 😂
i like the daily objectives but some of them I don't even have access to like anything nightclub related or i had one that was literally just "complete a doomsday heist finale" and I don't even have to ability to do that lol
I enjoy the movies still and i did used like a lot of Merrweather services and use the Backup Helicopter to help taking out the gang doing missions, contracts and more, i also use 911 EMS to calls backup police too to help shoot out enemy NPCs but as long you don't shoot the police or their's cars, then you will be fine but surprised people don't using them much
It's the little things that you can do with friends that give it that extra umh. Plus Rockstars attention to details is phenomenal. Looking forward to see what they add in GTA6.
for the taxi one you can go to your waypoint, I know it cuz I actually use it lol. Sometimes I just call the texi set the waypoint and go to get some food or sth especially those across the map locations

Most of the random stuff you can do was once part of the Daily Objectives (DO). I did them quite much. And you can actually do them over multiple characters, so 60k per day if you (can) do them all. I hate that - I recently had this - you even get DO's about stuff that you haven't got. Like for instance LS Meets, etc. This didn't happen before. You would only get stuff you have access to. The sports would be more interesting if the pay out / RP would be better from them. And indeed bowling is missing. ATM I do use, as I do with trams and trains - to have a moment of chill. I used the carwash and amunation bits on rare occasion. (They were mixed in with DO's as well).
I use the showers after being shot several times. The showers can remove bruises and make your character heal

The gun range and the flight school are both super useful for grinding to get your stats maxed out as a newer player.
Never managed to pass the first trial at the flight school..

I use the hair highlights mainly for similar colours to add a little depth to the hairstyles. Or if I’m feeling like a Harley Quinn mood
If you have most of your businesses nearby the subway stations, the tram is very convenient for safe travels in a dangerous lobby.
Cops cant see you inside of the tram either, if the timing is right you can get rid of a 5 star wanted level very easily

I've been playing GTA for a couple years now and watching TGG to learn about the game. I think this is the first time I've seen the face under the gorilla mask. It didn't even register at first. Love the back hair too!

A lot of these features were used a lot in story mode im pretty sure I went to the theatres a couple times and used the gun range to max out my ammo capacity’s

10:03 oh I do that so often. Just causes a bit of chaos, and is entertaining watching the npc haphazardly speed through traffic.
I am actually pretty surprised I did every single one of them, apart from the custom race with a friend.
Btw, I always thought that drivers get scared and run away when you 'challenge them to a race' lmao
If the tram was as speedy around the map as the subway in GTA 4, I'd use it more often.

I actually have used the tram to troll some tryhard who killed me. I killed em back a few times and I noticed he was following me in a toreador, so I hopped on the tram and he's pent a good 10 minutes following my blip around confused as he'll as to where I had disappeared to.
I always do the daily Objectives the extra money it gives specially the weekly and monthly rewards helped me a lot during the first year money grind
I do try to do my daily objectives most days as it is a nice easy way to get RP. This exposes you to alot of other secondary activities including the cinema.
"something silly, mindless fun" is something a lot of players now have no idea about it
I suspect that most of these things have slowly been neglected due to the rise in griefing over the years, I used to play with a few friends, which no longer play because of this which means I now play mainly on solo maps. I still shower after a few missions to clear my character of injuries, I find A.T.M's quicker than my mobile to deposit cash, I have different outfits which require different haircuts so I change frequently,
TGG what are your thoughts on the awards (in the start menu) would you suggest low level players ought to look at these to help with leveling up? I think most new player don't know about them!
I use merry weather still. If you like to partake in oregano smoking, the pickup is a great way to get a toke in and stay moving. Airstrike and backup helicopter are really fun on some biker contract and other open ended missions.
i use the merry weather services all the time the air strike and the back up helicopter are amazing on solo missions and the boat pickup comes in a charm when your stranded in the sea

Car Wash - I hate having dirt on my car + it's there so why not hah
Shower - to remove blood + bruising
Objectives - I didn't know you'd get that much money so I will be doing more !
Highlights - Character has a brighter blonde hair colour :)
Taxis - I use them if I'm too lazy or tired from driving/can't decide what car to have haha
Shooting Range - I use it check the guns out + see how they are, also good for practice
Movies - Been once or twice recently
Golf/Darts - These little keep me occupied if I'm getting bored in the game. I'll play my arcade games too and I play around with the drones haha
Amusements - It's such a wholesome GTA feature and pays massive homage to the real LA park..
Phone - Yup, purple background with stripes + ringtone 2 I think hah
What GTA have given us in this game is just so good, looking forward to 6 !

Up until they added the gun van I used the merryweather ammo drop as it was one of the easiest ways to get Molotovs since they couldn’t be bought before then.
yep, I cherised the maybe half a dozen I had and only occasionaly set griefer's cars on fire.
How often does the gun van spawn? I’ve only ever seen it once and I started playing two weeks ago.
I personally use the Merryweather ‘Backup Helicopter’ during a steal supplies or sell mission with AI enemies.
Not how it’s on pc but in a lot of my sell missions the NPCs have insane aim, then proceed to camp my stock with about 7-16 enemies. Whenever I try to kill then, they always get me first after a few shots.
Plus it helps clear any enemies attacking me whilst driving since some vehicles don’t allow you to shoot behind you.
I actually never knew about the npc street race mechanic. Everything else I have done before, but now my mainly solo ass is gonna use that npc streetrace option whenever I'm bored
A couple of these I actually use. The shooting range not just for the aim help but to hear what the different guns sound like and not wanting cops on me. At times will use the car wash, especially if I take a car off road for a bit. The MW helicopter pickup is REALLY useful when you're on an area of the map and the mechanic puts your car on a different area of the map. (Like dirt road in front of me, but the oppressor is put on the pavement, half a mile away) Lastly, I knew about the objectives, just never the actual constant reward thing......shoot.

I actually played a TON of golf for a period of time because I wanted to get my strength up without punching literally every NPC. As well as the fact that it was the only thing to do during a full lobby without getting killed every 5 seconds. Before Rockstar made it so you could sell stuff in Invite Only lobbies that is.

I actually try to do the daily objectives sometimes.
I drink from the vending machines nearly everyday neither at the one in the arcade after refreshing every setup.
I actually get into those ATM's more than the phone because the ATM's has actually less delay and has no limit on withdraw as you've said.
And lastly I do play Golf... But sometimes at story mode, but I might've played it twice in Online.

Lol I knew about it since I started playing and I actually did this a lot in story mode but in online where your vehicle is gonna be damaged a lot it doesn't seem worth it
For some reason, not all vehicles can be used at the car wash.
Which is understandable especially for really large vehicles like the Chernobog.

Only true function is if you never crash and your car has built up the dirt on ur side of ur car and the rims, it cleans that off.
I ride the train/tram quite often. I even have a personal challenge for public lobbies, where I try get to and catch the train from LSIA. Then see if I can stay/survive on the train for an entire lap of the train line, whilst shooting up all stations and police encountered
Playing the sports minigames in GTA adds to your strength stat. A couple of my friends maxed out their strength by playing golf. So its not just a random diversion you can use to improve your character, unfortunately I don't enjoy golf.
I am doing Daily objectives almost every day. Also I remember doing flight school all gold medals with my cousin 3 years ago and I am really sad that there are no new missions because I remember that doing the flight school was really fun.
If you got them nice fire paint jobs and custom specs on your ride like myself you often hit the carwash often and it's a VERY noticeable difference ‼️💯
I like the golf game a lot. Playing a few holes is a good break from driving missions and people trying to kill you. Meanwhile, the passive businesses are still rolling.
I used the taxi fast travel to paleto bay when my bunker and arcade were there. As soon as I learned you can grind in solo lobbies I now abuse the appear in -> new session to fast travel.
One of the funniest things i have done with friends is get one man in a journey, and me and another friend in ballistic equipment climb on top of the journey. We have so much fun driving a small RV with 2 juggernauts flying towards unsuspecting players

I mean technically I do shower quite often if I’ve got my spawn set as my yacht half the time I’ll spawn in the shower, I also use the tram occasionally if I’m bored out of my mind after grinding loads of money for hours on end
I've used a car wash sometimes, i use vending machines for a quick heal, i use ATM's when i wanna switch to my other character but i might probably stop using it because when i probably have all businesses (except facility and other property that isn't all about heists.
I used a backup helicopter for the first time when I was doing an acid lab supply mission, there was so many people to kill at a farm, and the helicopter swept up fairly well
I use/do/know all of them except the car wash . I recommend using the best and underrated way to not to be bored the LSCM test track
I've used the carwash and I've done flight school, and I use vending machines on the reg. Doing flight school gives you a Backup chute, so when another player clips your parachute, you have a Backup chute. I can't believe that more people don't do flight school, it's really fun too.
When I'm grinding agency missions (currently 105/200 done), I'll go upstairs to resupply and take a shower to get rid of all the blood so I look fresh for the next mission :)
If you go to online settings and go to player, you can highlight a player thru that and it will stay like that until you turn it off. Way better than the interaction menu
Completely agree about objectives, wish there were more incentives for them
that burnout next to an npc just freaks them out and makes them drive away scared, which has probably been stated quite a few times here in the comments section anyway.
I tend to use the helicopter pickup the intended way. Easy AFK travel.
(I know both casino and agency have cars that do that too, but being on the ground risks crash, is slower, and has a risk of them bugging out and send be to the casino/agency instead of my waypoint)

Good features to highlight. Of them i do use the Merryweather helicopter pickup and Taxi for when i have to get somewhere but can't be bothered to drive or am doing something else at the same time. I also use the vending machines (like the shout out to Sonny Evans!) if there is one handy - one stop for all health
The rest not much to be honest.
I use a ton of these. Each one has a secret reason why I use it. If I see someone teleport to their orbital cannon, I use the rides at the pier lol. Airstrikes for people I'm right under and I'm texting them making them think I'm not down to fight lol. Showers clean the ugly off you. Taxis for when I need to smoke.

What's fun is, calling one, taking out the driver, then having LS Customs Remote bomb it, so when you pick up another player, you call to detonate moments before diving out.
I do all of these every so often, but I actually didn't know you can get on the tram that's pretty sick

Except for the shower/daily objectives and impromptu race. Everything else we still use, including golf and cinema
I use back up heli all the time. it does help when im in a tight spot, or when i have to to diving missions and boats are on the surface waiting for me to come up

I love using the tram, and every few months I just sit back and take the tram in first person. It's great!
I use the Taxis regularily. For example if both my free helicopters are "busy" or if I need to go from one end of the map to the other side, and just use the time to look something up in the meantime.
If you have the casino penthouse you can call a limo and if you have the agency you can call a suv, its free and it looks cooler
Most features I don't use because I have used them a lot in GTAV like shooting range, sports, amusement fair.
I completed flight school when I was new to Online. It's actually surprised me that the flight quests are totally different from those of GTAV.
I use shower quite often though to wash off blood.

4:16 I actually did a video last year on my channel with a challenge ride to the daily objectives for 28 days in a row. That was the most strenuous BS I ever did on this game lol and it took me 93 days from when I started doing it. I decided to start doing this with rockstar, kept removing and adding new game modes and sometimes something they would remove would be on my daily objective list and they didn’t remove it from the daily objective, so I was actually stuck and wasn’t able to complete it. But eventually I didn’t get it. But it took 93 days. Lol
I love how you've mentioned Golf in the video, about a month ago I played tennis, gold and did arm wrestling with a mate while we were live streaming it, it was fun sure but probably made a very boring stream for anyone watching 😂

i like the daily objectives but some of them I don't even have access to like anything nightclub related or i had one that was literally just "complete a doomsday heist finale" and I don't even have to ability to do that lol
I enjoy the movies still and i did used like a lot of Merrweather services and use the Backup Helicopter to help taking out the gang doing missions, contracts and more, i also use 911 EMS to calls backup police too to help shoot out enemy NPCs but as long you don't shoot the police or their's cars, then you will be fine but surprised people don't using them much
It's the little things that you can do with friends that give it that extra umh. Plus Rockstars attention to details is phenomenal. Looking forward to see what they add in GTA6.
for the taxi one you can go to your waypoint, I know it cuz I actually use it lol. Sometimes I just call the texi set the waypoint and go to get some food or sth especially those across the map locations
I love playing tennis and recently got a few requests to play. I also use the car wash and shower sometimes. I actually never knew about the email and I've been playing GTA since day 1 lol
Most of the random stuff you can do was once part of the Daily Objectives (DO). I did them quite much. And you can actually do them over multiple characters, so 60k per day if you (can) do them all. I hate that - I recently had this - you even get DO's about stuff that you haven't got. Like for instance LS Meets, etc. This didn't happen before. You would only get stuff you have access to.
The sports would be more interesting if the pay out / RP would be better from them. And indeed bowling is missing.
ATM I do use, as I do with trams and trains - to have a moment of chill. I used the carwash and amunation bits on rare occasion. (They were mixed in with DO's as well).
