I will say that I have spent hours at the horse track and made millions off of it! I don’t have video to prove it but it definitely works. I turned the sound off and watched a show, only looking at the game to do the next race. I can attest that it is absolutely a good way to make money…IF you have the time to spend on it. If you can make an auto-clicker for it, I’d reckon you’d make plenty of money that way!
I got GTA in 2020 when it went free on the Epic Games store and the first thing I did (I was a level 1 lol) was Simeon missions. They were on 3x money and RP that week so I ended up being like level 28 and had 1.2 million dollars in the bank after like 2.5 hours. And then, as all low levels do, I went and bought an expensive car and an eclipse penthouse lmao.
Something you didn't bring up but might reflect some of the ways you make money, not sure it occurs when you die inside a mission. But whenever you die you pay $500 in freemode at least. So if you do the fail mission and get like $230, you will actually lose money since it cost you 500 if you die. Not sure the cost occurs during missions do.
Bothered me every time you would skip the second register in most of the stores 😂 you can make a little more also if you allow the clerk to hand the money over… then shoot both registers. Been this way since day 1 of the game
Ha ha, I sometimes get the completionist urge to pick up NPC cash b/c it bugs me to leave it. But like you just showed, I know it's a hideous return on time spent. Like that tracker that shows how much money it's not worth Bill Gates' time to stop, bend down, and pick up off the sidewalk. Figured about the same for the other really bad ones, but it's fun to see them all listed in one video. I've only tried the casino horse races once, but it just wasn't fun. I mostly like to cruise around the city or the county in my car choice of the week, so grinding a single simple task repeatedly doesn't really suit me. For related reasons, I don't mind sometimes doing the very suboptimal auto shop customer deliveries b/c they at least let me drive a few different routes around the city in cars I may not think of on my own. Especially now that I'm in maintenance mode and don't urgently want to buy anything, I'm only looking for a few million each week just in case the weekly discounts are interesting. I've seen some people disparaging AFK strats, but if you don't mind spreading out your play time, the effective income per hour of time spent actually playing can be pretty strong while still letting you be a responsible human IRL. With 200 Agency security contracts completed, you earn GTA$250k passively per 10 real hours, or GTA$600k per real day. Need to collect from the office safe 3 times a day, for 3-6 minutes of active playing time.Multiplied up to a cumulative hour of active play time, that's GTA$6 million per hour. It just takes 10 days of passively waiting to reach that. Arcade machines can be fully filled out using the default Gang Wars machine and buying the cheapest $90k machine. That's a passive GTA$6.25k per hour, or GTA$150k per real day. The nightclub passive income is a bit fussy b/c you have to keep popularity up, but I usually max out the GTA$250k safe after 6-ish hours (while I sleep, work, or do my normal life IRL). I spend 10-20 minutes on some of the club activities to bump popularity back up, for a hypothetical cumulative 1 hour a day of active play time for GTA$1 million per day. I stick to delivering 90 crates from the nightclub in the Speedo van, so that pays about GTA$600k to GTA$700k per typical 10-minute mission, once every real 15 hours. Fully upgraded bunker missions pay GTA$1.05 million with full inventory, and take about 16 hours to fill if you're quickly paying for resupply every time supplies get low/empty. 5 resupplies cost GTA$375k, and there will be some inefficiencies if it's sometimes inconvenient IRL to jump into GTAO for a few minutes to hit the arcade and pay for resupply. Also, soloing the bunker will require finding a new session sometimes until the mission type rotates back to one of the types that can be soloed in 15 minutes. But the theoretical limit is GTA$675k net profit, usually for about 30 minutes of cumulative active play time. That works out to roughly GTA$1 mil per real day. Total, that works out to about GTA$3.9 mil mostly passive income per real day (upwards of GTA$25 mil per real week), for about 2-3 hours of cumulative active play time per day, in small commitments of 5-20 minutes at a time. Or to compare to popular choices like Cayo Perico, the passive approach earns approximately GTA$1.6 million per hour of active play time. Since not all of us can schedule around playing games throughout the day, prorate that according to your own schedule of course. It just takes more passive time spent waiting (or doing life stuff). So unless I plan to spend more than GTA$20-25 mil in a week, I don't need to kill myself grinding out money (or, perish the thought, buying Shark cards). Most weeks, the cars on sale total up in the GTA$5-10 mil range. (add on another few million if there's a business discount that you haven't bought yet.)
One thing I wonder is, especially for the 'mug random NPCs' method, how much you spend on ammunition. Emptying your Combat MG into a crowd is probably not profitable even if they all do drop $23 apiece.
When gta online came out I used to do all my money on Gerald missions because it was easy and straight forward, get the "package" and deliver it. And also team death matches on the fbi office, those were good times 😍
I make some decent money doing the Simeone mission ballas to the wall. You can finish it in about two minutes, but I drive to Simeone's dealership, and then go do something else for ten minutes. When I come back, it's up to 16k. The real reason I do that mission is because I can fill up on ammo before the mission, and fill up on snacks after the mission, since it ends right there at the dealership where there are free snacks inside.
I remember when that RV mission was super hard and failed it a lot. Most of my life gone after being shot once. Did it with some randoms one had a vigilante me thinking he must be rich and good at the game... Less than 2 minutes later he died... Then he blew up the truck.. Having the money to buy a Kuruma made life so easy, the MK2 was only an unobtainable dream at that point.
Approx £12 for a 1.5m shark card too. If you're working a lower pay job thats literally your hourly wage gone on money that you can make in 1-2hours in gta online!!! 😅
I still do contact missions just out of boredom sometimes. For new players always do it on hard mode and run the clock up before finishing to get the biggest payouts, it's not too bad when it's 2x
@@Dr-Jan-itor don't think so it's businesses; ceo, mc, bunker, nightclub. you bring up valid point though even doing that route nightclub wall safe alone is probably the easiest thing to do for new players. the old contact missions forced new people to progressively get better at driving and shooting though
You can do the running over pedestrians by doing any of Gerald's missions as you can't get a wanted level during these missions, i suggest the pier mission as its the easiest.. these are how i got my strength and stealth status to max :)
stealth is one of the easiest stats to get maxed I used to just go to the top of Mt. Chiliad and sneak down it another way that someone told me about on another post is to just sneak around in the sewers lol (I'd suggest using passive mode just to be on the safe side unless you're in a private lobby)
Money was so hard to make back in the day. I can remember robbing stores and changing lobbies to reset the store. It was maybe 100k per hour depending on how fast the new lobby loaded. Another trick we did was wait at the end of the missions to get a 15 minute job.

I think the Casino is often quite underrated. Slot machines are kinda annoying but with betting or (what I like) Blackjack its a fun way to make some money or atleast wasting time without too much randomness
Lol I remember in 2013 I calculated some busted ass strategy to make a million within a week grinding sandy shores survival and I actually pulled it off with minimal burnout, probably because I was still levelling up. And when playing blowup or similar I would group all the cars together and use a Jerry can to save money on explosives.
If im wasting time on blow up... i move the cars to the gas station across the street and shoot a pump.. all over and i didnt spend a lot of money on ammo.. Plus the mission time passes and i get 16k instead of 4k
Lol actually interesting to see the numbers. Feeling like the 4k ish each mission are/seem long and slow to get to a mil. But compared to the robberies or failing missions or citizen money it's quick lol. Also the horse racss give pretty ok money, i'm actually biased lol.

I remember one of the first few times I spun the wheel at the casino I had literally nothing (aka not even a place to store cars) and i won the vehicle but it robbed me since didn't have any storage so I just sat there like an idiot (because I was a noob) and was waiting for the game to give me my car but I never got it
So, the game does in fact track your gambling winnings, it is in your stats... And personally I am positive a couple million. The slots tell you their winning percentage, and it is something like 90% wins... not sure why people think it is a bad way to earn money.
Think the worst if not the most interesting feature of this game is taking people's money after they've used the ATM machine since it doubles if not triples their money drops
If you're killing NPCs for money, start a mission that has the cops turned off, like one of Gerald's missions. The best time is at night down at the beach where the shops are. The hookers and drunks always drop money. So the best mission to start is Pier Pressure since it takes place at the beach.
I commented earlier about not posting my tricks but try to combine quitting / close app. With 3card poker. Minimum wager of 105k. 50k bet 5k pair plus. then, Without looking at your cards put another 50k. Sometimes u loose in the beginning but if not Just keep repeating. I usually get a streak of 10wins in a row. 150k to 285k per round. Sometimes if u get lucky u get a 600k+ hand the straightflush if i remember correctly
I’m a relatively new player and a standard session for me includes doing a couple of excess weapons deliveries from the bunker, collect nightclub safe a couple of times, export mixed goods from warehouse I do the stash house raid and G’s cache. That’s almost 300k right there.
Im a total pro at simeon missions, they are not a good way to make money, but they are a good way to have fun, and thats actually why I play games, to have fun...
Video suggestion, should do an update video in the best ways to make money before the OG heists came out. The blow up grind and robbing gas stations took me back
For horse racing there’s actually a method. Only bet max on the highest odds if the other horses all have equal to the middle odds or lower. Ideal would be 1/2 1/5 1/15 1/15 1/30 1/30 Blah blah I forgot the math but 1/2 has a way higher chance. Otherwise a mediocre deal would be 1/2 1/3 1/8 1/9 1/20 1/21 With this the others gain more of a chance. Someone did the math on Reddit. I’ve made 200K an hour with this method though lol
13:20 the faster you do missions the less you'll get paid. So I used to waste time for about 10-15mins before completing a job to get the full payout. It also seemed to help most with Simeon missions where you have to take the Banshee, to have a constant wanted level. So I'd drive around in a Rhino tank and kill cops for about 10 mins, then take the Banshee, blow up the other cars and deliver the car to Simeon.
With the casino, you can actually make quite a bit of money. You need a penthouse, go to high limit tables and bet max. If you lose, just quit the game and try again.
@@youarebeingtrolled6954The only difference is that there’s loads of ways to get tons of money in this game, whereas Genshin will make you pay for primogems eventually.
when u think abt it, the robbing convinient stores also has a major dependency with the vehicle in use, cuz if u use a Mk2 as shown itll take that long but with something like... a bicycle itd take way longer
Even though they were Buffed. Grinding Races solo is still one of the worst ways to make money. 2X Open Wheel races this week and money caps out at $22,000 after 8 minutes.
With the missions, if you hand them on to quick you get less money. Simian missions pay $10000 or more. I do the mission then kill stuff for fun and pocket money. Hand in after to get more money.
I'd love to see you make content with other people... For example trying to 100% GTA V online together with someone else. Alone would be quite boring but the main content wouldn't be you completing GTA V online but having fun and joking around with the other person. (If this doesn't fit your channel, maybe make a second one) I really enjoyed Darkviperau's irl Stream/the video made from it which is why I think it would really suit you to make some more "irl"/improvised content. Tgg: haircut? Lmao, looking good as always tho 😘
I used to think robbing stores was the best way when i fist got gta online on the xbox 360😂😂
i thought that around that time it was decent
Can’t wait till rockstar release the free labor update, all missions no payout
After seeing him dressed up as bigfoot and shooting up the pier to collect cash, I think it's fitting that this was shot on Halloween
Taxi side missions take the cake imo
I remember one of the first few times I spun the wheel at the casino I had literally nothing (aka not even a place to store cars) and i won the vehicle but it robbed me since didn't have any storage so I just sat there like an idiot (because I was a noob) and was waiting for the game to give me my car but I never got it
oof
"Once a week? That's not good."
No, it most certainly isn't. xD
7:38 to be fair that is what everyone was doing in GTA Online when it came out in 2013 to make money.
I still did that a year ago for money until i decided to play x2 activities to buy a sub and started grinding cayo
Didn’t expect that collab, but I love it
I can't believe how well the casino went.
The new Taxi business takes the cake
So, the game does in fact track your gambling winnings, it is in your stats... And personally I am positive a couple million. The slots tell you their winning percentage, and it is something like 90% wins... not sure why people think it is a bad way to earn money.
That exploding cop car was just karma for using the MK II
I once made 2.5 mil dollars from horse racing
Only the OG's remember grinding "Rooftop Rumble" and "Coveted" in a created Playlist.
Actually I did pot shot in 2 minutes. That was my old school grind.
“Why are these civilians shooting me… it’s not even their store, why do they care?” Welcome to America 😂
6:56
Me and my dudes in our 30's were doing that too. Farming blow up. Violent duckt. And.... Mammoth of a job? Haha. Good times.
The Halloween spaceships drove me mad as I tried to do stuff with my deluxo, worse when I did a sell mission
Back in the early days, Rooftop Rumble was the best way to get money.
Keep making these type of challenge videos they are very fun
Think the worst if not the most interesting feature of this game is taking people's money after they've used the ATM machine since it doubles if not triples their money drops
If you're killing NPCs for money, start a mission that has the cops turned off, like one of Gerald's missions. The best time is at night down at the beach where the shops are. The hookers and drunks always drop money. So the best mission to start is Pier Pressure since it takes place at the beach.
Casino is actually not so bad if you quit out and save your money and restart in particular, especially for high stakes blackjack and poker
Still works so its worth a shot ;)
“that’s the worst possible way to die” story of my life in gta💀💀💀
I’m a relatively new player and a standard session for me includes doing a couple of excess weapons deliveries from the bunker, collect nightclub safe a couple of times, export mixed goods from warehouse I do the stash house raid and G’s cache. That’s almost 300k right there.
That's my routine and acid lab sale thrown in
Feels good being a mention
Im a total pro at simeon missions, they are not a good way to make money, but they are a good way to have fun, and thats actually why I play games, to have fun...
Video suggestion, should do an update video in the best ways to make money before the OG heists came out. The blow up grind and robbing gas stations took me back
8:15 “That is literally millions to one!”
14:36 definitely Cayo perico bushes
TGG, do u know what I really want from Rockstar to make? double money or triple money for Cayo Perico Heist 😏
You shouldve done the npc killing at the casino and go in when you've killed everyone and then go out and they respawn, also no cops
Beach has more npc spawns but casino is a decent spot too 👍🏾
For horse racing there’s actually a method.
Only bet max on the highest odds if the other horses all have equal to the middle odds or lower.
Ideal would be
1/2
1/5
1/15
1/15
1/30
1/30
Blah blah I forgot the math but 1/2 has a way higher chance. Otherwise a mediocre deal would be
1/2
1/3
1/8
1/9
1/20
1/21
With this the others gain more of a chance. Someone did the math on Reddit. I’ve made 200K an hour with this method though lol
Would you suggest this method If I’m trying to get a fast $1MIL
13:20 the faster you do missions the less you'll get paid. So I used to waste time for about 10-15mins before completing a job to get the full payout. It also seemed to help most with Simeon missions where you have to take the Banshee, to have a constant wanted level. So I'd drive around in a Rhino tank and kill cops for about 10 mins, then take the Banshee, blow up the other cars and deliver the car to Simeon.
With the casino, you can actually make quite a bit of money. You need a penthouse, go to high limit tables and bet max. If you lose, just quit the game and try again.
You get more money when the store clerk personally hands you the cash.
The worst way is killing NPC’s to take their dropped money
Call Ms Baker, and do those missions, you make like 6k each one. You can probably make money faster by robbing convenience stores.
I am convinced TGG edited the horse betting because no shot you win that consistantly
the genshin impact sponsor caught me off guard, I would never expect a GTA youtuber to get sponsored by Hoyoverse 😭😭
Thats how they make that money always getting new players like gta 😂
@@youarebeingtrolled6954The only difference is that there’s loads of ways to get tons of money in this game, whereas Genshin will make you pay for primogems eventually.
The brickade mission is pretty good for xp grinding tho
when u think abt it, the robbing convinient stores also has a major dependency with the vehicle in use, cuz if u use a Mk2 as shown itll take that long but with something like... a bicycle itd take way longer
8:15 had me laughing so hard 😂😂😂
Wow never thought id find content lke this! 1:03
doing horse betting only i made enough to buy a bunker and all it upgrades in two days xD now i do races while waiting on the bunker to tick down lmao
Even though they were Buffed. Grinding Races solo is still one of the worst ways to make money. 2X Open Wheel races this week and money caps out at $22,000 after 8 minutes.
I feel like survival suck as well when you factor how much money you can potentially spend on ammo.
You got that right.... good for XP only
Tgg can you please do another rags to riches series there were added many more buissnesis and missions this would really help a lot
the worst way of making money would be to solo out & do bunker missions, but get bad rng & get Dune FAV everytime
Worst ways to make money AND worst sponsored game to play. Insightful tutorial, thanks man!
13:25 you spent more money on the remote bombs, takes away from profits
With the missions, if you hand them on to quick you get less money. Simian missions pay $10000 or more. I do the mission then kill stuff for fun and pocket money. Hand in after to get more money.
i do the same, run over pedestrians for a few mins, then get paid for mission better
I'd love to see you make content with other people... For example trying to 100% GTA V online together with someone else. Alone would be quite boring but the main content wouldn't be you completing GTA V online but having fun and joking around with the other person. (If this doesn't fit your channel, maybe make a second one)
I really enjoyed Darkviperau's irl Stream/the video made from it which is why I think it would really suit you to make some more "irl"/improvised content. It also seemed like you really enjoyed it. And just doing shit with another person in GTA could be really funny if you find the right one.
