A side benefit is that 30fps with 1/50th will film in any country without the street lights or interior lights flickering. So will 25fps with 1/40th or 1/60th, and 50fps with 1/60th if you want a touch of slow motion. 100fps with 1/120th will as well if you want a lot of slow mo, but not 1/125th. And don't use any of the 100fps settings for real-time playback, please! Otherwise, you won't have enough motion blur since the shutter speed is so high.
