Thank you for posting. I went to college at UGA in Athens, Ga, I've delivered pizza to these boys and sold groceries to these boys and seen them at the bar. I will always love my boys. REM FOREVER!!!!
Ya know, I've seen/read hundreds of REM interviews over the years, and I've seen them interviewed individually, and I've seen them interviewed where it's all 4 of them, but the most common arrangement is them in pairs - and it's always Berry/Buck, Mills/Stipe, or it's Mills/Buck, Berry/Stipe. I have NEVER seen Berry/Mills, Buck/Stipe. Which is funny, because I know that Buck and Stipe were friends and Mills and Berry were friends before the 4 of them knew each other, and they're all still friends and get interviewed together to this day. (I'm regretting writing this trivial comment now, but I'm too deep in it).
@@elbartostrikes Ah, you're a legend! Thank you for introducing me to a genuinely new experience, as an REM fan of many decades - also, mid 90s is probably my second favourite REM era (first would be mid 80s).
Thanks for sharing this - hadn't seen it before!

If I recall correctly the interview in Madrid in 95 is Buck/Stipe. I don't think there is much thought in how to pair up.
