@@MattiasHolmgren would be great if you show how to make lofi effects without third-party plugins, only with built-in components/fx from the Bigwig Studio 😉 Because, that plugin what you dropped in the description is not working natively on GNU/Linux systems, unfortunately 😭
Hey V De, thanks for your interest in my masterclass and courses. The music theory / composition course will differ a lot from the dedicated Bitwig Masterclass The composition course does not take into account features offered by any DAW but rather pure techniques for composing, writing melody, harmony, and arranging. If you need to learn Bitwig I highly recommend the Bitwig masterclass. If you want to expand your melodic writing, harmony, arrangingand overall composition skills I recommend the coming Music Composition Course. Thanks, Mattias ☀️☕️🥁
@@PlayGameToday yes, for the 12khz lowpass. For the whole tape emulation, yes, we can build similar solutions in Bitwig, more customizable too... but a free plugin which is simple to use saves a ton of time. Which is awesome! ;)
Mattias! your channel has been a blessing. But I do have a question for you: how do you scroll using your pen tablets? I want to start using one for Bitwig and maybe more programs. Do pens with wheels exist in the market or is there a more comfortable way to scroll with the common tablets?
Amazing mate! I don't use the pen for scrolling, I mostly use multi touch feature of the Wacom to scroll by using two fingers / swiping. I think there are pens with wheels but I just use the ordinary pen, works fine. Just make sure to grab a table featuring multi touch it makes all the difference and is such an amazing editing tool IMO. Hope to see you around!
Good and informative video! Got some good advice on drum programming 🙂
Superb Daniel, happy to have you onboard the Discord too! 🥁☀️ Thanks for writing!

nice video. can we vary the swing amount through a modulator or LFO?
In current Bitwig 4.3.8 you can automate swing, tempo etc. but not modulate those daw attributes.
great video! I've been meaning to buy your masterclass course but I'm no longer sure if I should just wait till you release your composing course?
