My series budget increase in 3rd season. However, all talented people can use this as a marketing tool so you make even more money. In addition, these episodes will be repeated 3 or 4 times in 3 to 6 months period. In the USA, this is how Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton got rich and launch the rebrand their name. In the USA then would go to Vegas and get the hired for promotion parties' appearances. All contestants who have a personality can follow this format. Old and Young but in different ways.

Positive Vibe Don’t give me that BS. I lived and worked in Ghana for 5 months in 2007. There’s nothing exceptional about the Ghanaian health system. It is very basic and rudimentary as it is in most parts of Africa. If you like, you can say people who study “medical laboratory science” in Ghana speak 12 different languages and have two heads, it still doesn’t mean anything.
