Example many people think Trevor Noah is from Britain, maybe his school wanted them to have a British accent . So the accent you hear here is mostly from a mixed race of south africa , of which their history is unique and intriguing to say the least . It varies from tribe to tribe and school training.

In my personal opinion the seven colors Sunday lunch is when you prepare your own lunch ( that means: a protein, a carbohydrate, a salad 🥗 , etcetera), with 7 different colors. The more colors the food has, the more attractive it could be so it will be easier to eat it even if you do not like it too much. 😋
