EU must demand from major computer services & online providers (like Microsoft, Word Root Anywhere, RUclips, etc.) to keep live (REAL PERSONS) competent operators on free of charge world wide telephone lines in quantities sufficient for less than 15 mins wait, 24×7, or CLOSE the business. They must be audited for complaints by competent governmental services (USA, Canada, EU, at least) & be forced to pay hugest damages outside of courts which are, now, low capable in digital violations.
Ok, good project, all good, but stop being hipocrates in politics. Be fair and good to all not just to whome you like or who you need. You should be able to drink beer with everyone what you concerns.
