It is about skill it's just that if you can't still score and guard well with people that are 6'6 there is no point in taking you cuz you will not be able to do well
Aquille Carr is truly my inspiration. Im 15 and I look up to him and try to put in the work I know that he puts in day in and night out. Keep doing what your good at Aquille.
+PONYBOYonline well now he's on the houston rockets. houston may not be as crime riddled as baltimore but expect crime rate to go down drastically all over Houston once aquille laces up them kicks.
I think the NBA feels some type of way when these kids choose not to go to college. This kid is still playing and is pretty good. Now you got a whole class of star athletes going pro instead of going to college. Let these kids play in the NBA.
I hope he makes it to the NBA. He has everything: killer crossover, great handle, speed, hustle, determination, dunk ability, block ability, three point Allen Iverson type player.
I think I'll end up being handicap garding him lol I've never in my life seen a dude so fucking fast with his handles I thought I was fast lol makes me wanna work on my handles to the next level
I remember when my guy was telling me about him & then told me to watch this mixtape. Long story short. I Instantly created him on NBA 2k12 after watching this 5x a week 😅😅 Damn I wish bruh made it to the league
Was I the only one watching this who thought that he would've made an awesome speed back/return man in college? Low center of gravity, shifty, fast and quick.
Anyone who lives in Ontario Canada that wants to see him play, come out on November 20 to the hershey centre. He plays for the Saint John Millrats and they're facing against the Mississauga Power. Games at 7. Go on the Mississauga Power's website for game and ticket info. Gonna be a crazy game!
@@baby1522iibabyjusydoit Yes that's true, but college was still the route he needed to go because he would have gotten more experience against guys who were just as hungry. Two he would have learned how to run a system and develop his shooting. The g league experience would have been great for him if he was patient. Aquille was doing well, but he wanted too much too soon. Great player who lacked guidance and listened to the wrong people.
uhh and what's wrong with that? haha Isaiah averaged 20 points and 6 assists and nobody even talks about him and those are SOLID numbers for a 3 year player...he has the same numbers as KYRIE IRVING except he shoots a higher percentage and yet nobody talks about Isaiah Thomas...smh
wish this kid was going to college...wanted to keep watchin him play. wont be seeing him till its time for Baltimore summer leagues now with him playing overseas
I'll never forget seeing this for the first time, me and my friends crowded around one screen in Computer tech class, time really flies😢
Bruh I remember being in HS watching this every dang day shii was wayy too hard after he said “Aquille Carr & this my hoopmixtape” it was up
Real
The most infamous mixtape. When this beat drop you know what time it is
Juice25 true
How the hell is this infamous?
@@CTS1661 same music as the seventh woods mixtape which is arguably the goat hoopmixtape
Ballislife how does that make it infamous?
Bruh on god when you heard “Aquille Carr and this is my hoopmixtape” you knew this beat was finna hit and it was over
He really shoulda went to seton hall
He's got the talent. Too bad basketball is less about skill and more about being 6'6.
It is about skill it's just that if you can't still score and guard well with people that are 6'6 there is no point in taking you cuz you will not be able to do well
Allen Iverson has entered the chat
@@indujan
Allen is 6ft. Aquille 5'6.
SNJ Spud Webb better?
You need talent and height otherwise the heighted players with just as much talent will out do you
Aquille Carr is truly my inspiration. Im 15 and I look up to him and try to put in the work I know that he puts in day in and night out. Keep doing what your good at Aquille.
Kkk he a monster 👻
This man is who Julian Newman wishes he was 😭
Too bad Aquille Carr isn't in high school anymore. Baltimore could really use his crime stopping skills.
Lmaao
+PONYBOYonline well now he's on the houston rockets. houston may not be as crime riddled as baltimore but expect crime rate to go down drastically all over Houston once aquille laces up them kicks.

Yeah 8 years ago and I’ve never heard of this dude
one of the best mixtapes ever
this has to be the most impressive under 5'10" player mix I've ever seen. See that ball he stuffed down a player's throat?
love this kid... can't wait to see what the future holds for him
🫤

He’s 5’7 he can not guard anyone shut up
Wow this was 8 years ago? He is far better than Julian Newman and him and his father believes he can make it into the league lmfao
The greatest hoopmixtape of all time!
I will be returning to this tape until the day I Die‼️😩🤞🏾
I hope he makes it to the NBA. He has everything: killer crossover, great handle, speed, hustle, determination, dunk ability, block ability, three point Allen Iverson type player.
He got that Nate Robinson in him to
Can’t believe this was almost 10 years ago.

0:35 my goodness he had that boy on skates lol
This mixtape was insane back then.. Time to go down the rabbit hole of mixtapes again 😅
Great ball handling skills. Great court vision. Great ability to the basket. I saw 3 jumpshots....Gotta work on that one...
I remember when my guy was telling me about him & then told me to watch this mixtape. Long story short. I Instantly created him on NBA 2k12 after watching this 5x a week 😅😅

Beast in hs but if he makes it to NBA he'll be like a Nate Robinson/Isaiah Thomas.
uhh and what's wrong with that? haha Isaiah averaged 20 points and 6 assists and nobody even talks about him and those are SOLID numbers for a 3 year player...he has the same numbers as KYRIE IRVING except he shoots a higher percentage and yet nobody talks about Isaiah Thomas...smh
Ryan Lowe amen, preach bro.
isaiah thomas is a better overall player kyrie is just a highlight film
+Ryan Lowe he never said anthing about that being a bad thing.lol calm down.
+Michael Sanchez The "but" implies a negative comment lol.
He's so fast it isn't even funny
So Glad To Be Named Aquille Carr
don't know what's more sick, the mixtape or the beat, shit both go hard as fuck
The fact that he can dunk at 5'6 is crazyyyy!
his leverage on defenders is crazy because he is so small and he knows how to creat separation when taking it to the whole... a lot like spud webb
I like what he brings to the table.
This is what you Call Hardwork !
some of the sickest handles ive seen in a minute
That dunk at the end was the perfect finale to this video. Totally unexpected..
wish this kid was going to college...wanted to keep watchin him play. wont be seeing him till its time for Baltimore summer leagues now with him playing overseas
When I first watched this mixtape in high school and saw him dunk on son at the end of the video I absolutely lost it lol
I remember watching this and the gardner brothers mixtapes back in the day
crossover is SICK!
the ending is so sick....dude dunking!
Thanks MC. Good luck to him
Dude nice I watched this stuff twice a day lol

He quick and his crossovers nice.
This guy has way more talent than Julian Newman.
BEST HOOPMIXTAPE EVER
I SAW BOTH VOLUMES AND THIS DUDE IS A BOSS, it was be the greatest 1v1 ever if Marcus LoVett versus Aquille Carr
He's sick with it very impressive
Oh shit!!!!!! He hit em wit dat A.I crossover!!!
0:35 He making the defender salsa dancing
The end when he punched on son always got me dumb hype lol
Best hoopmixtape beat
He's quick. Man his nickname on the court or anywhere should be Flash.
this kid is AMAZING at drawing and1's and finishing!
SUCH A SICK BEAT!!!
His skill is too good to be true lol. He has everything; dribbling, agility, vertical, help defense etc...My Goodness!!
