Great tips, thank you! I can't even begin to describe how crazy my to-do list is. Sometimes, it's so overwhelming that I don't even know where to start. One of the things that I do is try to schedule my meetings in blocks, so I don't have to anxiously task-switch in the 15-30 min. periods in between. I also need to start delegating more. I have ~50 on my team, and they are more than capable of doing most of my tasks. It's just taking the time to provide guidance. You know, the whole "It's faster if I just do it."
For the tasks you need to delegate- next time before you do them, bring in the team member(s) you want to teach so you can show them in the moment. You can also use a program like Loom to record your computer screen and talk through how you are doing the task (if it's on the computer) and turn it into a sharable video with your team so they learn that way and can reference the tutorial the next time they do it for you.
i watched this video but then couldnt find it in my history as i was looking in the wrong place. i was so angry i couldnt find it. anyway i had to watch several other videos which didnt have your detail. great job

I’ve been using the Eisenhower Matrix for a long time, but I may try the others.
