Nope they were sent from within the uk so nothing like that. On my purchase it was definitely stock they had on the UK and I assume they had already paid the import duty.
What warranty do you have? If a fault develops would Apple repair it or the seller? I assume both iPads update the same no different to UK models and can be registered with Apple? Serial numbers reveal info to Apple? BTW, thank you for uploading your useful video👍🏻
The iPads work just as any other, updates via apple normally and as far as I remember normal Apple 1 year warranty (I did check at the time I bought them, but have forgotten since!) They are exactly the same as one bought in the UK except for the plug. My iTunes account recognises them as normal when I look on my list of devices. I assume the serial numbers would show the model as not being directly purchased in the uk though (if apple track that) so I guess if the warranty is better on the uk than their country of origin you’d only get the lower of the two.
As in use them? I had no problems and got exactly what I ordered…but then there are a fair few unhappy reviewers. I think as long as you order using a credit card (if in the uk) then at least if it goes wrong you have a chance of getting your money back
@AhmadKhan-hv5vd I did buy from the website, and as per the video all went well for me, got exactly what I paid for and in good time…..my advice, because of the mixed reviews I saw, is buy with a credit card so if anything goes wrong you have comeback.
thanks for making this video, any import or customs charges you paid? cheers

So i should go for it?
