1:22 the switch is a pistol, and the tiny elevator is for constipate 1:30 yes, up there at the pilot seat omg. Also when you actually salvage, you will find the metal chains are much stronger. The elevator, elevator door edge, the tail poop hole, the salvage hold floor, the salvage processing side fences, and more, are actually not friendly to efficient cargo holding.
I could go on for quite a while about the stupid design choices made for the Reclaimer. It's an amazing ship. While games have "Rule of Cool" for designs, the Reclaimer is a working ship. The design shouldn't fight you against getting the job done. I hope to heck CIG updates the ship for the updated game mechanics to make more practical sense inside.
all the wasted room in that wonderful ship. also while it does need a panel for the rear hatch its there to dump out boxes for pickup. its a mulicrew ship and works best thatway.
It definitely is a multicrew ship and the redesign ideas I proposed keep it that way and add functionality that allows for better multicrew game play without making any structural changes to the ship itself. Just adding switches, engineering terminals, elevator functionality, and tractor beams.
An interesting ship when released, a throwback to the past mistakes im quite sure CIG would like to forget, yet is left with this Marley around its neck. We saw the CLAW reduced to a daft bit of CGI, and many of its original CGI animations throughout the ship downgraded to weedy shadows of themselves, spacesuits removed from escape pods?......Oh my!. This ship will be patched and kept out of the ER, yet will never be restored to anything beyond a shambling mess. Hope im wrong, yet i wouldn't rebuy this ship if CIG don't at least do it justice, chances are they WONT. ruclips.net/video/WeyimocPIOs/видео.html These features and components are either downgraded or missing currently in 3.22 Time Stamp: 6.29 cruncher CGI 9,25 Gravity Generator CGI 17.54 Flames venting from overhead pipe CGI 25.36 Reactor CGI , also if you look to the left floor area, you'll see the flames venting from the damaged pipe. 18.18 Airlock Spacesuits
Let's not forget that the rear hatch only allows you to throw 1SCU, 2SCU and 4SCU boxes out of it. 8 and 16 get glitched into the ship/lift.
If I owned a ship like that IRL the interior would be sprayed in white epoxy and have more lights.
I would like to see all the cargo on one level where you can stack three high. And a bigger elevator to offload
I still haven’t a clue why they have two levels.
I'd love a video where you lay out what changes you would like to see
That is a great idea. I am working on putting something together.

Thats interesting, i never knew that thing worked
A few updates ago when rsi introduced salvaging, fixed most of the reclaimer
Same, I just overlooked it. Now I'm gonna have to go pull it and take a look
you found the poop hole!

At least you can drop all containers from there directly on the ground instead of using an elevator)
