Very nicely shown the details of image quality👍👍. I wish u could add some image of a subject like a human to check its colour reproduction on skin texture wch is very important. Maintaining the correct Skin tone in most of the camera fails excluding branded flagship phones. Pls add some.

JPEG or RAW? Imo ... a fair comparission would be with RAW shots, to get rid of specific software tuning and look at what the sensor and lens can deliver.
Especially since the MN10 got worse with the last few updates (I used to own one too)
A fair comparison is in auto mode and jpeg. Because it’s what 99% of the people would use.
Good video man! What the video like on full zoom? Really shaky on mi10 an not too clear at 50x zoom. Ultra been out 6 months now so may wait for next model before upgrade . Xiaomi absolutely smashing it on dxo mark I think there's only Huawei with a better camera, iPhone Samsung etc getting left behind... Been with Xiaomi since my mi a2 - a3 - note 10 now, really is an impressive brand

Wow, man.. ! I haven't thought I would say it, but these both are incomparable. Just the ULTRA is on another level. P40 pro would be a tough competitor. Especially in the zoom and the low light.
Not sure why here are some comments, telling that there isn't a much difference, but for me, the Ultra is far better in every situation.
Btw. I'm really impressed from the low light capabilities of Mi note 10.

Good job in pointing out the obvious upgrade to what should be a better performer. I would be more impressed with a video that points out a cheaper phone that may do a few things better.

Hi, your videos always is perfect, but i think this one has been done a lttle huriddly .
1.in dxomark the texture score of mi note 10 image is 84 and in mi 10 ultra is 80 , it s because of more image pixels taken by mi note 10. ( The images taken by mi not 10 are 27 MP and in mi 10 ultra are 12 MP). In normal condition the mi not 10 images must be have better details in comparison with mi 10 ultra.
2. Please chech in the first image taken by main camera of mi note 10 if HDR is ON or Off? I think the HDR is off
3. Have you compare the details of two main cameras in full resolution(108 vs 48)?

I tell you something: dxomark is well paid, me, I earn 0€ and I make these videos for passion. Images were in full resolution and hdr was left on “auto” all the time. I can say my comparison is 100% fair, dxomark, I don’t know 😜
In auto mode the camera system may can not recognize the scene correctly. I think HDR has not work in this scene. If you compare the ultra wide and main camera images in this scene you probably confirm my opinion. Mi note 10 can take very imazing pics when HDR is on but the images taken by mi note 10 without hdr are poor in comparison to other competitions. Some mobiles camera like phone 11 pro always takes pic in a similare way to hdr+ in gcam . When i compared the pic quality of mi note 10 with iphone 11 pro i found the mi note 10 camera is very capable when hdr is on and the pics taken by mi not 10 were much better than iphone images. Without hdr the pics taken by iphone were better.

HDR on mi note 10 pro kicked in pretty much in the same scenes as the mi 10 ultra.
In that mobile Ultra wide angle in photos is wider than ultra wide in videos , how can i make the angle in videos wide as in photos; regards from US.

I'd love to get Ultra version but I don't think it's worth for to pay double price just because of bit better camera. I mean camera is amazing even in Lite version (comparing to other smartphones).
I upgraded from the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 to the Mi 10 Ultra because I lost my Mi Note 10. I have to say the feeling of the Mi 10 Ultra is way better. The vibrations, screen, camera and especially battery. It all adds up and I've compared the Mi 10 Ultra to many other Flagships in a nearby electronics store including the iPhone 12 Pro Max and I think out of all the phones I've ever seen the Mi 10 Ultra was the best one. For around 750€ I'm sure there's nothing better you can find
I think it is more software processor that make Mi 10 ultra photos looks more sharpen, crispy and more details. But in daily routine with note 10 we can have amazing photos. Better to considert the price between those two phone.
Surely, for daily use, Mi Note 10 is good enough!!! But it’s not only the software processing, Mi 10 Ultra has new and improved sensors.

I was waiting for this video. I have the Mi Note 10 Pro and plan to upgrade it and it should also replace my DSLR. Mi Note 10's dynamic range is terrible. Guess I won't be disappointed by the Mi 10 Ultra

You forgot to add the slow shutter and processing on the mi note 10. I hated that, caused unnecessary motion blur

At the end of the day it's all software. Hopefully xda will have a mi 10 ultra camera port for the mi note 10 one day. GCAM is good but won't be able to utilize all the cameras.
