Pindi Chhole or Amritsari Chhole is a kind of dish which is relished by everyone but many people don't know the exact way to prepare it. Today I am sharing a very new and unique recipe to make Pindi Chhole without use of onion and tomato. The USP of Pindi Chhole is that onion and tomato are not used and it's taste is little more spicy than other chhole recipes. So watch the video till the end because in the end you will find the twist.
पिंडी छोले या अमृतसरी छोले एक ऐसी डिश है जिसे सभी लोग पसंद करते हैं लेकिन कई लोग इसे तैयार करने का सही तरीका नहीं जानते हैं। आज मैं बिना प्याज और टमाटर के पिंडी छोले बनाने की बहुत ही नई और अनोखी रेसिपी शेयर कर रहा हूँ। पिंडी छोले की खासियत यह है कि इसमे प्याज और टमाटर का उपयोग नहीं किया जाता है और इसका स्वाद अन्य छोले रेसिपी की तुलना में थोड़ा अधिक मसालेदार होता है। इसलिए वीडियो को अंत तक देखें क्योंकि अंत में आपको ट्विस्ट देखने को मिलेगा।

जब पिंडी छोलौं में प्याज नहीं डाला है तो लहसुन क्यों डाल दिया। बहुत से लोग प्याज और लहसुन नहीं खाते हैं।
बहुत से अच्छी दुकान वाले प्याज और लहसुन नहीं डालते हैं। दुकान पर ग्राहकों को अलग से प्याज देते हैं।

Finish product के colour और जो छोले आपने बनाए दोनो में फर्क है colour में ,
आप अपनी receipe में सूखा आंवला भी add कर सकते है। लहसुन और प्याज नही डालते अमृतसर वाले अपने छोलों में,यही खासियत है वहा की,किसी को डालना होता है वो ऊपर से कच्चा प्याज डलवा सकता है अगर available है seller के पास।
