Linda, just a thought for next year’s spring box. I think your followers would love a print of one of your botanical drawings that you sketch in your book. I’m an artist, though you may not think so, I think they are super sweet and lovely , You should pick your favorite, print it on a nice paper and sign them. They can be small. You could frame them or just have the print and let your kindred spirit frame it themselves. It would be very special. Again, just a thought. 😊

Great idea, I'm always buying beautiful little pic frames that need some art. I often clip something lovely from a magazine or calendar. Many yrs ago I was gifted a miniature painting by a grateful customer. Such a sweet gesture that I'll always remember.

Donna here, I thought with the new bee design for the bedposts, you could commission someone to make them more hollow to fit mostly over the top so you wouldn't have to worry about the clearance to the ceiling.Just a thought. That ride to the vet was amazing! Good to see, since my daffodils have already come and gone.
I too imagined a wooden sleeve to cover the top of the bed posts.
Hi Linda, I absolutely loved everything in my box! I got the Lemon/mint cookies which were so delicious, they are already gone, LOL! The beautiful book went on my coffee table and the cloche into my hutch. I am so happy, I have the other 2 boxes still to come! I really felt the earthquake here in Southern Connecticut. I was reading, so the house was quiet, then heard a fairly loud rumbling sound and then the house shook for about 30 seconds. My husband was outside, and did not feel it, I said to him, "I think we just had and earthquake" and I think he thought I was nuts at first, LOL! I also follow Carla, would love to see you two maybe do a shopping trip and lunch together. Have a nice week. 😊
Beautiful Spring Box! I ordered the Fall Box and looking forward to it! My colleague lives in New Jersey and she had just worked out and was in the sauna when the earthquake struck. I told her 4.8 is an aftershock in California and we don’t get out of bed for anything under a 5 lol! 😂🤦🏼♀️truth! I’m sure it was startling because East Coasters aren’t used to earthquakes. They are sometimes scary! The snow is so beautiful Linda! I enjoyed watching your video with a nice cup of coffee ☕️ ❤

Your selections for the box are lovely. I really like how you are so conscious of the color of things and how the color ties them all together. I always try to do that with my gifts and their wrappings. It would be fun to hear you and your friend talk about places to vacation in your area, best season to visit, and New England cuisine.

I like silhouettes in pairs. So I would buy 2 of the silhouettes. I just have been too busy with family and gardening to buy what I want.
Those birds seemed besides themselves because of the snow.😮 it was beautiful but darn ready to see 💚

What an amazing scenery of your winter wonderland on this video. Thank you for sharing! For us here in California, who have to travel lots of miles to find snow in the mountains, it is all breathtaking. The snow filled road, yard, trees all are cinematic, what you see on a tv screen. It must truly be magical to live in all white seasonal surroundings! Wow, truly amazing and beautiful!

Sun today in Maine. Waiting patiently for a New England Spring. Blessed to have a greenhouse even though unheated the vents open up automatically. It is amazing to experience the solar gain and heat when I step inside. Cheers!
Love seeing what’s in these boxes but I know they’re a lot of work and logistics for you and thus limited quantities. Was wondering if you’d also consider doing some smaller seasonal “mini” boxes or containers for people who miss out on the larger ones or want to spend less but still enjoy a NEFL style celebration 😊.
You could maybe try out the concept for the minor holidays - e.g, flowerpot and seed packet for Mother’s Day or Valentine card and cookie, etc.
I know it's Springtime, but the snow looks so pretty even if it's in the Spring!

Good morning Linda! We live in Augusta, GA so all the locals go to the beach during the "Master's Golf Tournament". I am in Destin, Fla. watching your video. Can't believe the snow! Too much for us Southerners! Oh, I do wish you and your Ben would decide to do a Floral Garden! Everyone has veggies....but flowers! Ahhhh.....so much more interesting. (Just Sayin) ☺

OMGosh. Everything about this video was great. It is the most excellent news to hear you are putting together a Halloween box!!! I pray I get one because we go crazy at fall and especially Halloween. I love Christmas too (scored that box) but Halloween is just so fun to get ready and decorate for. I can't wait. Even if I can just buy leftover pieces, lol. I want to do the little masks you did for Halloween for my "ugly people pictures" (the family's description) and I can't even post what my husband says about my Martha and George Washington pics! I really enjoyed the box! It was such a treat to open. I actually saved it to open when I was alone so I could savor each moment. Unfortunately I missed the wood flower. I thought I checked that nothing was hiding in the tissue paper. I need to be moor careful next time! Thank you for this bit of joy!

Great video Linda. Loved the items from the spring box. The snow was impressive. We live in the west midlands of England. We haven't had any snow at all this year. We don't have a great deal anyway as we are surrounded by hills.

I’m confused Linda? You just mentioned that it was March,while talking about all your last snow,but,didn’t the earthquake happen on the 5th or 6 of April ? Unless you had two of them . Now if you can imagine how we felt in Minnesota this year. We didn’t have any snow ,all Winter. I had green grass,yet in front yard. And on March 31 st we have ( 8) fresh inches of snow . I didn’t mind it because,I actually felt cheated by not having some of that Winter beauty ,I’m so accustomed to. Roads,driveways were bare once again as soon a they were cleared. Melted,in a few days,you can see remnants of a few small piles in parking lots yet. But, at least I had one snowfall to enjoy. This was the first ,( no snow) Winter,I’ve experienced in my 75 years living in Minnesota. PS: It’s pouring rain here today !🌹🌺🥀💐🌷
We did have a major snow storm in March last year and I showed that in a video or two ago, so you are correct! I thought we snuck by without another one and we just had this snow storm.

I am surprised you felt the earthquake! We live in the town that was the epicenter ( can’t believe the rush of news vans to our small rural suburban town). So glad we didn’t get your snow though. I am ready for spring as you are and finally today we got sun! Have a nice week!

Linda, since you’re a great sketch artist. I think you should take a picture I hope of that lane or you could see it off your phone when you were going to the vet with the trees on each side of the snow .
You could sketch that and put that in your Shop for sale. It was absolutely gorgeous.!!❤

Kindred spirit from Michigan.....We just missed that snow. You usually get our weather 2 days later....It is beautiful though. I have that book and it is a favorite of mine. I am using it to design an old English garden look that I will be doing soon in my new landscaping design. Your Spring/summer box looked wonderful.

Thanks Linda, So delightful to have your video to watch when I returned from church this morning. It's unusual that I don't have a lunch date or other plans for Sunday afternoons. I think a Halloween box would be fun. As a past owner of a main street retailer, I had some fun things in my store! From the local Carmel corn to vintage Halloween napkins, vintage noise makers ,it was endless fun decorating my large shop,in the ( Halloween Capital of the World) my hometown is known for.One small little thing,that I had on my checkout counter in a dish was, little pewter acorns. They came with a little saying about luck or good fortune, I can’t quite remember now. Boy, I sold dozens each Fall season!
We were complaining here in MA over a light dusting of snow, NH really got dumped on by it. We felt the earthquake on Friday morning, everyone had a different story about what they were doing and how it rattled their house at the time it took place. This weeks weather looks much better, fingers crossed.
Linda? Uh hum, kindred spirits in beautiful New England and everywhere for that matter, this is Nancy from So Cal, OC. Believe me, you’ve got more coming. You might get a day or two of sunny warm weather but hang back because new cold and new rain and new snow are coming. It’s not over. Then maybe a few days warm and one more that we can see. We are very cold (for us). My house is about 61 inside but this will translate to much colder where you are. The one coming next has a lot of pressure so if you get dizzy from it, watch out, I’ve been dizzy for 3 days. My electric blanket is still in use.

Hey, my seeds are going ntl, and I ve a new patio set to put together, still in the big boxes out there.
Two weeks we should be good. El Niño hit us very late in the Southwest so it’ll be a very quick weather pattern change when it happens.
A good subject for discussion is has she encountered any ghosts or poltergeist in her home or any homes in her past.
The snow was beautiful.....no matter how deep, Willow plows thru. Thanks for sharing, and thanks for all you do for your viewers.

What I enjoyed the most was watching your face light up and smile when talking about all these thoughtful and beautiful items that you select for your theme boxes. It speaks volumes to your loving and generous spirit. You said it at the end, "Love and care has been put into each box." You get so much joy into making other people happy. Living in New York City, I did hear and feel Friday's earthquake. I heard a loud noise which sounded like a motor or engine running. I thought at first it was the oil truck that pulled up to the building with another oil delivery, but when I felt the entire building vibrate for about 15 seconds, I knew that was no oil delivery. The contents of the box are so lovely and well-coordinated. I love seeing the snow storm filming. We had that here in the Mohawk Valley in NYS, I only wish we had it in winter, not spring! Your drive to the vet was beautiful. Hope Willow is fit and fine after the vet!
Being out here in the bay area of California... I can't imagine those gorgeous , peaceful, piles of fluffy snow making anyone grumpy. It has a hush and tranquility visually, that I would love. At least for a while. I would definitely hate losing trees. But it is truly breathtaking in the video.

Lovely items in the Spring into Summer box - thanks for sharing. Love the small votive candle under the cloche and the viewer's idea of placing one of her mom's brooches under her cloche to enjoy. Also love the bee skep idea for your bed posts! We had about 8 inches of snow from the latest storm a few days ago, but, as expected, it melted very quickly and essentially is gone now. Wasn't the earthquake eerie? Being in NY about 180 miles from the epicenter, it only lasted for a few seconds here, but I wondered why I suddenly felt it and saw the walls around me wiggling slightly when I wasn't! Such an odd sensation, but very glad there wasn't any major damage. Happy Spring!
The pictures of snow and drive at the end were just beautiful - even tho I'm so over the snow right now! Glad you braved the weather and drove sweet Willow to see her Dr. As far as future video with Carla, topics of design for a particular room, where to source fabrics, or a visit to a historical place or local shops.
