Beginners Skiing/Snowboarding in Marmot Basin

It's been .... many many years since Karl and I have gone skiing/snowboarding and we're a little nervous! But we rocked up to Marmot Basin just outside of Jasper town ready to go!

Just drove there from Ontario, There's another lift that brings you higher I was nervous due to the signs saying no easy way down but I Skied the peak was the best ski trip ever.

Good to know. I am 5'11" and 160lbs. That was my second time snowboarding but it is something I want to take more serious. It's a second hand board; what should I be looking our for when buying a new one?
