Certified Pre Observation - Conference 2

The following video was created to support licensed staff with the new evaluation process implemented by Durango School District 9-R. This video features a coach working with a teacher in preparation of delivering the lesson plan to students. The video shows how coaching feedback is shared and how teacher's can take that feedback and apply it to their instruction in order to support all students' academic success.
