A big shoutout to the NYC Urban Sketchers (@nycusk) group for inspiring me to create this video. :)
CORRECTION: I bought this pen at "Goods for the Study" in Greenwich Village. I went to a few stores on that same day and got them mixed up. :) I couldn't resist but taking one home after trying it out at their store. I was curious about the flat style nib, loved the ink flow and the ability to get a wide variety of line widths with just one pen. This pen is meant for calligraphy but it is great for sketching!
Time stamps:
1:00 - Unboxing
2:17 - Taking a closer look at the nib
04:35 - Showing you how the pen writes
6:53 - Sample sketches

Hi I was curious if you have ever used the parallels as a dip pen with India inks . And you experience si you had with cleaning consistent flow, kinks in the ink(ink blobs)?
Thanks for this video, well done and I like your drawings :-) { posting the cap or just post ... the cap ;-) }
I can never write/draw with them, hubby says its because of the way I hold a pen lol
Might just take a little practice :)
Have you tested it with waterproof ink yet? Will it get clogged up?
Can we refill the cartridge?
