What drop shot hook did you use in this video?
I know you don't like the company but I did find similar on Temu but havent got any bass on it yet, will keep trying with your techniques.

How about early spring you come down to beautiful Austin, Texas and do some fishing, Japanese angler become s Texanese, cheap trip there are more Californians in Texas now than California, lol , hit me up, if you want to catch a double digit bass, check bass pro shops sign a few autographs pick up the latest local baits, it woild be fun.

Do you lift the weight off the bottom when dropshotting? I always been told to never lift the weight off the bottom.
There are no such rules for drop shot rig!
@@AnglerWaki I always thought there was lol. I exclusively only drag the weight as slow as possible and then let the lure fall a few times on slack line. Letting the lure fall and go up without moving the weight before draging a little futher. What do you think about this retrieve compared to other retrieves?
Yes. Slow dragging is one of the standard techniques for this rig. I like it 👍

I, honestly say. use all the techniques. There is not a sole answer. It's up to lures by lures, conditions by conditions, and seasons by seasons. 👍
