Hello - your only option here is going to be a ladder of sorts to access the port! We would usually discourage customers from opting for rechargeable blinds in these situations - hard wired/mains powered would be better. We do offer a solar panel that would give battery blinds a trickle-charge. However, there are some drawbacks. Please contact the reseller that you purchased these blinds from to discuss.

I changed the battery and now the remote will not connect to the blinds. The blinds are fully charged. Help!
