I just got my documents. My brother talk to me about agriculture. Say is the best investment in Nigeria now. I am looking forward to that. Europe is good for making money, but living here is like hell.
Asked and Received!!! Thanks so much David for following through on your promise to provide this information. You are truly a person of integrity who takes his work very seriously. I appreciate all you do!!!
There is a reason as to why the land is that affordable. I would say that insecurity is rife in Plateau state and plays a big factor, also I don't think the local chiefs want all their land to be purchased by outsiders as they are "under siege" by people who want to exterminate them.
Nah.... that's not totally accurate. Every part of Nigeria has insecurity as well. Plateau is not different. And the insurity is not everywhere in Plateau, just a specific LGA. The lands I looked for are not even village lands. these are lands owned by individuals who genuinely want to sell. Please, the assumption that Plateau is under siege is not correct. Yes, there is an LGA where fulani and Bereom have been on logahead, but so is every other place in Nigeria.
@@DavidNkwaChief, you have been there. I defer to your first hand experience. What I will say is that these outbreaks have a habit of spreading rapidly and are unpredictable.
Agriculture is Gold..... So true about Plateau State. Everyone needs to own plots and do businesses and there is enough space for agro things up north. Need land in Fct, hola!!
I’m 2 minutes in & had to comment at ‘how beautifully perfect Nigeria’ is. It reminds me of parts of England; but on a much grander scale. Africa really is the ‘Garden of Eden’. So it makes much sense as to why the pillagers non-stop attempts to take it, conquer it (colonise it) from the Native. 👏🏾🤧🙌🏾🙏🏾👋🏾🇬🇧🏴
You should start buying land. Grow your business and let this community follow along the journey. People like you should own Nigeria. And employ Folks. Do it David, let this channel help pay for it! God bless you and yours Brother David. ❤️🇺🇲🪓
I like the idea, but being in the US and having no farming experience, it would require partnership with someone who is already successfully farming in the area who would be willing to split the profits in exchange for setting up and running operations.
People from the southeast of Nigeria are really ignorant of farming and agriculture in general. They still saw it as a poor man life business. Many communities that were known with farming has left it and run to commercial cities for better life as they called it. Then Fulani herdsmen is another destructive element that also chase them out of their farming community with no mandate of returning back to their farm. Government kept quiet and couldn't do nothing. Many farmlands have been deforested and sold to estate developers and commercial housing estates in many southeastern states just for quick rich syndrome. Delta state is not exception, if another civil war breakout today in Nigeria southeasterners asses will be plague and dry up with hunger within ten days and kwashiorkor will visit them again. No one will eat real estate and commercial buildings.
Where in the east have you visited. It's pathetic we make bold claims of places we have no personal experience Yes the North is doing more commercial farming than the East, but East is doing as well. There are lands for farming and lands for development.
Hey David thank you for the video it’s very informative and educational. Can you clarify location? When you say Jos are you referring to the metropolitan area or this is outside of the city like in Riyom, Barkin Ladi, Mangu or where? Thank you.
I am asking you to give me your best estimate for a person to leave northeast America and fly to this area then buy land. If you were going to do that how much money would you have? And can you build your home on the land in any fashion or is there zoning codes like in America?? An example is building a tree house to live in. (just saying) 😊
Kindly show more vid like this for plateau state that you mentioned for sale with price ranges! it's super green and lush virgin landscaping! Your Igbo like me so are Igbos allowed to make this type of investment here?
Seriously I wanted to invest in nigeria but I was warmed that there are political thugs and bandits everywhere can you say its safe since you have always been there?
it is safe. there are thousands of foreigners doing business in Nigeria that as span 2-3 generation actually. If you want to invest talk to the right people, on ground. I say it safe to invest, just do your due diligence

Perhaps you could go a step further and be a land agent for diasporans.😊. Help us in purchasing of lands
Go and research. It's not as simple as it sounds.
Yes diasporans need trustable people in the continent to be able to purchase lands
Yes we are at your service

Can I own land in Nigeria as an American
Yes, you can own a land, a business and a factory.
Its sooo..sad..how people die..instead of giving the Land to the starving ..it too shall fail

Insecurity is the major problem there
Looks great. I am interested in a plot for a small budget. where can I get more information?
It’s even cheaper in the core north of Nigeria to buy a plot of land still these yeye Fulanis are coming to the igboland i. The east to get free land
