This match was so special to me because I was an RVD and Cena mark lol. There’s two matches that defined my fandom as a kid I got to see on live PPV. First is Hogan vs Rock at Mania 18 and then there’s this masterpiece.
Ecw was one of the most unique brands I wish they could recreate it It made the brand wars so much better especially the invasion Also how in home territory anything goes instead of the basic dq rules Wish we could experience something like this again

I've always kind of wondered why they had Edge interfere in that way. Why'd they have him be dressed like that and have him be revealed to be the attacker instead of him just running out dressed normally and spear Cena? He already had a match earlier in the night. This feels more like a style of attack to do on someone when making a return. Like he did at Survivor Series 2007.
