That’s a spinning wheel to help make wool sweaters and similar clothing. They were very common from the 1860’s to the 1920’s when people made their own clothes. It was powered by your feet at the base. This place is a museum into itself. So many precious things here; when life was so much simpler.
These are my favorite kind of homes, ever. The ones with carpet; beautiful wallpaper; rugs; multi-square windows; real wood furniture; chandeliers. LOVE IT. Thank you for showing this pretty home.
Great place! The architecture in the salon is insane, along with that beautiful staircase. I haven't seen a Pogo stick in ages. @23:45 leaning against boxes. That's a Croquet set @ 24:01. I love how you treat homes with such respect.
Loved the living room. The carousel horse is valuable. Haven’t seen a pogo stick since I was a kid (not telling you how long ago that was!) The sinks and tub could be repurposed into another home. Thanks for showing us around.
The women who lived there were probably together for 30 plus years. They probably had children from a prior marriage. Which is why they have a children's room. And Grandma probably lived with them, which is why there's grandmother clothes in one of the bedroom closets. And maybe they passed away, and the people were getting ready to move somewhere else smaller, and in the midst of it, something happened and they never came back. Tragic. Beautiful home. Wish I lived there. 😊
Hello! I really enjoy your videos but please check out the expiration dates of things from kitchen. It will give us a clue about the abandoned date. Cheers from Romania
If the government is aware of the buildings existence and is actively protecting it, then yes, it *could* be trespassing, but in this case, it's probably not.
Not only is it trespassing, it is breaking and entering, and invasion of privacy. It is mu home and it is not abandoned its just in bad shape because I am poor. I intend to prosecute the person who filmed it and the idiots like him who re-posted it. The neighbor has them on camera.
I think it’s safe to say that the gays have the coolest things because even the designers house that you did was literally so amazing, and this is just proof. Sorry just facts for those who get offended by this. 😂
They should restore that place and keep those statues or the statues should be in a museum. Also why do I think the SpongeBob cereal boxes will be worth as much as that statue?

9:48 Those are VHS, not DVD's. Nice house, too bad it's so cluttered.
great place I wish you would have showed more of the Vintage clothes in that closet those are cool
Love the aerial view! That is a spinning wheel. Used to spin fiber into yarn. Another great video!
The thing in the hall with the big wheel is an old spinning wheel, used for making fabric
Nice to see an abandoned house that hasn't been completely trashed or full of trash everywhere you step.
I would absolutely love that tv:)😍📺

Love Love this House!! Wonder what the backstory is!? There's so Much Cool Stuff all left behind😢
It looks like it was abandoned in the 2000s because of all the VhS movies toy story and other movies and all the VCRs the equal rights stickers
That’s a farmers sink in the kitchen. 🎃
Very cool!
That house could be restored
This Home Isn't Just Haunted By Ghosts.... It's Haunted By Memo..... 😮
Is this considered trespassing?
Not neccearsily since nobody lives there anymore, but if somebody was still upcoming the house then I guess it would be considered trespassing.

Is that really your business?
@@patriciahill4492 Well, he posted the video to the internet, so yes.

Old spinning wheel
I was almost a year old
JEEZ! I guess we’re both posting abandoned time capsule houses today!
Love from india ❤
Such a cool house & antique furniture. Too bad they were such pack rats. I would love too have seen this fresh without all the crap.
It's sad these two mentally ill women couldn't come together to think of a way to save this absolute fortune of a house they were given. Typical
Who said they were mentally ill?
Maybe you're just mentally ill for assuming that about two people you never knew and never will come to know.
