when launching the code for the bar graph without the "stat_summary" part everything is fine, but when launching the whole code comprising the stat_summary part i receive the error "Error in stats::na.omit(x) : argument "x" is missing, with no default". My DF has no NA values. Any ideas?

solution found! I post it here for others that may have the same issue: I erroneously added the parenthesis after mean_se() !

Sir how do we handle the stat= "summary" if we are to put stat= "identity" to replace the y value according to our data?

Then don't use stat_summary(), instead use geom_col(stat= "identity"). See my old barplot video.

Just type library(ggplot2) before your script and run that line. It will work.
