    They look awesome! Very slick. I was doubtful that the replacements would look as good as the stock ones because I like the stock signals. But these do a great job and blend nicely with the overall look of the bike. They enhance the modern aspect of the modern classic design without going over the top. I've seen some aftermarket replacements where the blinkers are too close to the headlight and taillight but that's not the case here. I also like how they light up progressively.

    • @AdamCroll
      @AdamCroll  4 года назад +1

      I agree that some are too close in proximity to the headlight! These have an extension accessory to bring them out a bit more if I ever feel they are tucked in too close as is.

    Great video, super motivating. Just got a 2022 Speed Twin, and put a quick 250 miles on it. Went ahead and ordered the Euro taillight and signals......got them today......and found out today that the wiring harness connectors are incompatible with the 2022 model :(. I'm not an electrical splicer, more of a plug and play guy, so back to the distributor they go. Super helpful and fun videos, thanks Adam. Now I wait for the aftermarket or 2022 Triumph parts availability to catch up.

    Adam, these don’t seem that bright in your video. I’m wondering if it’s just an artifact of the video or the view angle. Can you comment on their brightness relative to stock? Any idea how they compare to the euro-spec LEDs both brightness-wise and visibility off-angle? I’d like to go this route but am a little worried that they aren’t bright enough or only bright when viewed from directly in front/behind. Thanks! Love your videos!

    Hey Adam, trying to do this right now with my Triumph Scrambler, bit ran into a couple issues. Looks like A&J provides the necessary harness for the Speed Twin kit to go from the multifunction lights to whatvyou installed. But with the Scrambler kit, there is no harness. The Euro style tail light isn't compatible with the multifunction harness, so I'm stuck with the whole bike apart. I'm wondering if the Speed Twin harness that came with your kit would work for any of the other 1200 modern classics. Seems like the necessary subharness for the Scrambler simply isn't available anywhere right now. Any idea?

      It was all plug and play, all you should need if you buy new turn signals to go along with the euro tail light kit will be wiring adaptors most places have adaptors designed for most popular turn signal brands. I went to A&J cycles and got the rizoma wiring adaptors, I think they are sold in pairs. You’d need two pairs.

    I like the speed twin, but I wouln't buy it again. The fact that you need to change literally everything on the bike from incompatible factory shock absorbers, plastic easy-to-break turn signals to the cheap-ass seat they put on it, and each costs a fortune... I'm starting to think it's better to buy a Harley or a touring/adventure bike, even if its ugly, but you don't need to mess with all of this shit. Not to mention my Twin's engine became faulty after riding only 5,000kms. Waiting a fking month to be able to ride again. Triumph... bikes look great, but that's all. you need to replace the complete bike to get something usable.
