so I have a picture window. middle window is fixed and two sides are crank casement like so. I want to measure for direct replacement, fixed in middle again and sliders on sides now ( vertical). should I pull sache and get measure from inside frame or measure outside. the existing outside is bigger than frame by 3/4"ish or so
