You know a part of me wishes that McFarlane Toys could get the license for TMNT, make the original comic turtles so it's easier to get again, make some of the crazy & different toys made back in the day, Archie Comics characters and 2003 series for example. Just try to make figures from TMNT stuff that both NECA and Super7 haven't tried doing yet if ever. They could make uniquely designed figures of the turtles and other characters like Casey Jones, Shredder, Bebop & Rocksteady, Metalhead, Slash, Tokka & Rahzar, Usagi Yojimbo and others. With the DC license McFarlane Toys has, they could make Lantern Corps Turtles or Playmates inspired crazy variation turtles and other characters with the other licenses they have access to. It would also be cool and funny to see a Spawn Turtle! I'm just thinking on how the DC Multiverse figures have been getting better and better with articulation, engineering and quality. Especially the White Knight wave and the new announced waves as of this post. The huge improvements they've been making and coupled with the pricing at $20 to $25 just makes me wish they could get a crack at it!
You know what’d make an awesome accessories pack for this line? A set of extra hands that would allow the ninjas in either faction to perform the Kuji-in hand seals. Every piece of ninja related media in the 80’s had the hero making the nine hand seals before the climactic battle, especially the ones starring Sho Kosugi!
I absolutely love the retro Foot Soldier and Super 7 translated it so well! Love all the accessories and hands, the pose possibilities are endless! Great video!
Yeah BBTS is so slow that I've FOUND so many figures I had preorders on through them, that I've cancelled just as many preorders as I've had orders ship. I got a few more things on preorder from them (Mezco Freeze, 3Zero Soundwave) because their flat 4 dollar shipping is good, but I'm sure I'll be a month behind on receiving them unfortunately.
The Foot Solider ended up being my favorite figure from the first Wave. It was close between him and Baxter, but the articulation, sculpting, and karate/kung fu/fists alt hands on the Foot Soldier won me over. I bought 4. l
I put in my preorder on these right as they went up. But as I thought about it, and knowing that I'd be paying 45 dollars for a single foot soldier that looks like a vintage toy I already have, and doesn't seem nearly as cool or fun as the NECA Foot Soldiers I spent just 10 dollars more on to get TWO of them, I cancelled my order. After watching this video, I don't really regret it. It looks cool, but they're just too expensive for what they are.
Very cool TMNT Ultimates Foot Soldier figure, he looks amazing and would look great in a Foot Soldier army, and great solid joints and well detailed figure ☺️💜
I wish the NECA version of the Foot Soldier action figure (Mirage comic, arcade game, cartoon series) had also been given the same swappable hands too.
I know , so pricey. But these are a Cadillac vs. a Kia (kenner playmate Mattel....) each piece is exclusive quality but easier to get. Liono fans super 7 is releasing the thundercats for the tank. End times April 2ng. Good luck.. ps look at how much accessories you get. Black series are 29 for a deluxe basic figure with maybe an exra gun. Guns cost money & these are detailed with weapons tree!
I think we all have a good idea of what's coming in Wave 4. Wave 5 and on is where it's gonna start getting crazy. I think for sure we're going to get the four punk frogs spread across wave 5-8 along with Leatherhead, Rat King, and General Tragg. Apart from that, who knows? I'm hoping for Ray Filet, Chrome Dome, and Hot Head myself. Pizza Face would be cool too.
I’m planning on getting a seven inch shredder and a bunch of 7 inch foot clan members to go with my six inch turtles that are two big for the other six inch tmnt figures
Does anybody happen to know if the Super7 Bebop will still get that alternate head? Also the Bebop & Rocksteady cartoon 2 pack is on the Neca store for a limited time!
@Timothy Oakhart does it hurt your feelings that edward from twilight is more than likely going to be the darkest most badass Batman we’ve ever seen lol
My foot is so incredibly loose... I have all the figs and they are randomly loose... It’s very annoying, because it seems every wave has at least one figure that’s loose at the joints..
What the heck! Dan called this guy a "football head." How bizarre cuz this is TMNT figure not Hey Arnold figure and Dan is Dan not Helga Pataki. Just saying! :-|

Always loved the retro 80s TMNT figures. I have the Toys R Us remakes in blister card packages on display. Love the vintage Foot Soldier awesome

I can’t believe we are still waiting on these from BBTS!
BBTS is insanely slow on shipping right now :/
Yeah, me too...
Just got notice that my wave 2 of Turtles in Time came in like 3 days ago. They're so slow!

Think yourself lucky. I STILL don't have mine I had on pre-order direct from Super7 yet they won't refund me.
I hope they come out with a multipack of these that work out to under $45 a figure. That's a huge pill to swallow for a guy I want an army of.
Pretty cool update to the old toon Foot soldier. I had the battle damaged one as a kid that looked like a gold Terminator. They should update that.

Two in one day this is crazy
This TMNT Ultimates line looks awesome!
I have my original foot soldier and one from the later re-release. I gotta have this guy.
I’m planning on getting a seven inch shredder and a bunch of 7 inch foot clan members to go with my six inch turtles that are two big for the other six inch tmnt figures
Wow great figure. Just can't afford anymore. Already have all the neca ones.
when i first learned of these, i thought the old would have no value because they are the same but i realised they aren't.
8:23 the super 7 foot soldier looks like the leader in that shot
Great video Dan as always! Will you be reviewing the new gi joe classified series? Those are some swert looking figs.
8:13 okay... that does look cool. Here $$$ take it $$$ take it all $$$
My wave one pre-order still hasn't arrived from Super7 yet they seem to be ignoring my e-mails about it now.
I wish they did these in the same scale as the original Playmates figures so I could use the original vehicles and playsets with these figures.
They should make new Figures of Leatherhead, Karai and Super Shredder
A ton of stop motion possibilities with these
TMNT is turning into He-Man with so many different versions being released every year or so
More competition is good. NECA was phoning in alot of stuff. Super 7 is killing it tho.
Does anybody happen to know if the Super7 Bebop will still get that alternate head? Also the Bebop & Rocksteady cartoon 2 pack is on the Neca store for a limited time!
Neca was cool but this one here is on a whole other level.
What did you think about The new “The Batman” trailer?
That trailer blew my mind it’s incredible!
That trailer blew. I heard Batman sparkles in the daylight in this movie.
@Timothy Oakhart does it hurt your feelings that edward from twilight is more than likely going to be the darkest most badass Batman we’ve ever seen lol
That is a beautiful Foot 🦶🏻
My foot is so incredibly loose... I have all the figs and they are randomly loose...
It’s very annoying, because it seems every wave has at least one figure that’s loose at the joints..
great stuff dan!
Am I right to be terrified by the leg to hip joints? They seem flimsy to me.
He's cool and creepy!
My prediction for wave 4. Donnatello, krang, Casey Jones and Muck Man.
Bebop is in Wave 2
I think your gonna be 75% right. I was thinking the same thing. Not sure about Muckman though, could be someone else.
I think those 4 are a lock for wave four myself.
@@dbeane43 Muckman was hinted at
@@justinmohan7103 Yeah. Bryan all but confirmed Muckman at Toyfair. I was surprised he wasn't in wave 3. . But I was glad to see Metalhead instead.
I still think that if they make a Scratch figure they are going to make it as a limited edition
Needs at least 15% more Bow-Leg. :P
I’m about 90% sure with his arm to leg ratio, this dude should be a quadruped. I mean look at him! His arms and legs are like the same length 😂
Looks cool
Is normal the legs are super loose?
Hell yeah :)
I got two foot soldiers should have gotten more lol
cool
Extreme

I have this tot
Am i the only one that uses the weapons from the rack
