TITANIC | A Passengers Point Of View

At 23:40 on April 14, 1912 - the RMS Titanic struck an iceberg on her maiden voyage to New York. The result of this collision meant Titanic would rupture 5 watertight compartments. Titanic could sustain breaches to her first 4 compartments and potentially stay afloat, but not 5.
2 hours and 40 minutes after the collision, at 2:20 a.m, Titanic slipped beneath the waves, taking 1496 souls with her.
Today marks the 110th anniversary since the Titanic's sinking. A tragedy so long ago but still so overwhelmingly sad.
