Because hist real name is "이호영"(lee Ho Young)", and when his name is called, the sound "ㅎ"(h) is naturally (that is, phonetically) omitted, and then everyone calls his name in a way of easiness. Also the sound of "이오영" has the very same sound of the numbers, "250". So he got it, and thought everyone would call me, "이오영"(lee oh young). But contrary to his expectation, (in Korea there are two different sounds for the number 0, i.e. "young" and "gong", people used to call the zero in 25"0" as "gong". In that way, it had given the name "250". My words were needlessly long. 😁
