the flute you mentioned at 2:57 sounds very similar to a sample/interpolation from hey dj by 'world famous supreme team' used a few times in the 90s by rnb acts (most notably in mariah careys 'honey' and swv's 'anything).. its not the same but sounds very similar... also the ad libbing parts (which i think is minji..sounds like her) to me also sound really similar to a bruno mars song ... and i couldnt remember which one it was till you said 24 carat omg thanks lol
