Please do more pheasant videos I am a teen looking to do the same thing you are and you look like you know what you are doing. I would really appreciate if you do more. Thanks much, Reed's birds and bees
Yeah there's not a lot of information on the internet about raising pheasants. I appreciate your sharing some of your knowledge and experience. Thank you
New subscriber. Thanks a bunch for sharing. This is a very interesting setup, you got yourself there. I like the concept of starting up with virtually nothing. It’s a bit harder going bankrupt this way and you’ll stay competetive much more easily.
i like the set up, i raise chickens on no money at first, like you, i built all my coops and enclosures with reclaimed lumber. i'm thinkimg about getting into quail or pheasant, so i'lll be watching the channel.
I know I found you kind of late for this year, but I would love more videos on raising pheasant and quail! I will subscribe in case you decide to do some for the next year :-)
My kids are wanting to raise pheasants and the NY DEC has a "Day old Chick" Program but we honestly don't know anything as to what to do for a brooder house and what to do for making a pen. It gets quite cold here much like Iowa in the winter months. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!! You're absolutely right on there's not much information out there on how to go about doing this.
Yes I would like more information about raising game birds, I have small farm in western Colorado and pheasant are gone from this part of Colorado would like to put a few pheasants on my property!!
Thank you for this video. I subscribed in the hope that you create more informational videos. I live in Hawaii and plan to start breeding game and exotic birds. I understand that it can be difficult to work all day, putting your energy into making ends meet and trying to be a success. Taking the extra time to edit a video is hard to commit to. I’m a sculptor and have several videos uploaded but due to my heavy work load I have little time for editing. I used to do live streams but RUclips has taken away that feature from a phone or tablet unless you have 1000 subscribers. Bummer.
Would love more info. I’m currently raising ducks and looking into pheasants. I’ve got a few acres available for feed growing and plenty of space to build pens
I'm getting ready to get a few pheasant and could use a lot of advice. I am from Iowa as well and built a 16x16x8ft tall netted game bird cage ( originally for Bobwhites) but now the property owner wants pheasant so I would like to know how many I should get and who to call for the states approval? And If you could do some kind of video on there behavior and how to raise them from 6-26 weeks old it would help! Thanks for the time and video!
Hey there, I came across this video two years too late it seems. I'm in Iowa and we are looking to raise pheasants for meat. I grow mushrooms and produce and a few local restaurants asked me, since we have ducks, chickens for eggs, if we would ever consider pheasant for monthly restaurant specials. Is it possible you'll post more videos or is there a way we can get in contact with you? Thanks!
