刚刚试做,可能因为我没有辣豆板酱,如果按照片子上的调味份量,咸味就不大够,所以我另外加了蠔油和生抽,第一次做出来的味道还是挺好的,最喜欢的是这个版本不用放太多的油,食材简单,所需时间也不多,谢谢!

这里MCO,咸鱼也不容易找,如果不能用普通白醋代替 (因为家里有了一瓶),只有镇江醋煮出来才好吃的话,那么就被迫买多一支醋吧😅😅

你好!因茄子中的维生素易被空氣氧化而變黑,但在水中加些醋或鹽,便可以令它的肉不會黑,如果切後即煑便不用浸,因經高温煑後,便無此問題了,多謝收看!😊
