Which Sons of Anarchy moment shocked you the most?!
Gemma’s death. I watched the episode with my mom and I cried.
When Clay hits Gema until she lost the consience
The whole show was shocking.
@@vanessastegall What ? i was worst when clara died with a knife into her brain
"I got this" Opie😥
Tig surviving is still the most shocking thing to me in this show.
He was just following orders from the Prez. It was all Clays fault.
After the way he was manipulated by Clay and having to watch his daughter die like that... he deserved to "Ride off into the Sunset" with Venus Van Dam
agree!
@@mpthorvonericksen I liked their relationship in the show.
First couple of episodes I hated Tig. By the time the show was done I was over the moon that he had made it through alright
This show is CRIMINALLY underrated, Kurt Sutter made a masterpiece...
No, this show is corny garbage to anybody with a brain
NoVa Noles so why did you watch the video😂😂😂 Its a show for entertainment purposes not an autobiography of a real Biker Pres 🤣🤣
@@johnnyreb2241 cool, I'm not entertained by corny ass bullshit like this.
@@noshotnova2432 then why are you watching the video? to not be entertained?
@@Hema115 I dont get people like this if you did not like the show but ready to take time out of your life to watch a video on and comment shit like this to people who liked it lol what a sad little life
Tig watching his daughter burn to death is still the most shocking thing for me, it’s really hard to watch
Probably the only scene in the entire series I have to skip through
Most shocking thing I've seen on any form of entertainment.
And that's how she ends up being the demon Meg on Supernatural. Paying for her father's sins.
It was horrible but justifiable. I did not empathize with Tig due to his immorality.
Eh i didnt really feel it that much, hated tig after he killed Donna.
Opie getting murdered. After that Jax was no longer the same man.
I just watched that episode today and couldn’t watch no more after that 😔 I felt that in my soul.. I had to remind myself that it’s just a show
Brittany anderson lmaooo facts i be reminding myself they’re alive irl to stop the tears
Not necessarily, even tho he took on a much more aggressive/goonish attitude after Opie’s death he was still trying to follow through with all his original ideals for both himself and the club moving in the right direction. But when Tara died my man went off the deep end and never looked back, all throughout that final season was Jax at his most vicious. So ur not completely wrong Opie dying definitely ripped a piece of Jax’ soul away but Tara dying completely shattered any upstanding qualities he had left in him until the last few episodes before he died.
The moment when real men cried. I felt that pipe crack his skull when I first watched it hahahaha
I was on vacation in Hawaii when I watched this and I was absolutely and utterly shell shocked!
For me it was the death of Bobby, I literally thought he was gonna make it after all that suffering and torture.
Otto’s death was sad. He suffered the most for SAMCRO.
I immediately thought of Bobby when I saw the video title. One of the most rational members of the club. Also, he made banana bread.
You already knew his ass was done when they recorded him with one eye
I figuratively thought he was gonna make it bro
LOVED IT.....she should have hit that joint (LOL)
The most underrated show ever made
Flawless plot with solid performances ppl shouldn't sleep on it
right!
I got bored after season 6 its just overrated, the baby kidnap arc was unnecessary , also the drama is too much , clay is becoming a boring villain at this point he is no different from the classic teen drama villain
Daniel C the only boring season is season 3 to me
@@Nukie.77 I think I was more bored by season 7. But overall the show is fantastic.
I love it, but definitely not flawless at all
All time favorite show!! SOA is literally one FX's greatest shows EVER!!!!!
Fell off about season 4
Always Sunny in Philadelphia is another good show
@@kevinjohnson7300 facts!
This and AHS
The SHIELD! From beginning to end...and the season finale...CLASSIC!
How i explain SoA to everyone
Its the greatest down hill show you'll watch.
Not saying its bad yet from the beginning until end its just a down hill chaotic crash of sadness.
Can't think of a single happy story Tig, Opie, Jax, Chibbs, Bobby, Juice
100% agree. It's based on Hamlet, which is essentially a very downhill story
I think the point is when you live a life like that you really cant go uphill. You can have high moments but overall your life is going to be an uphill battle.
Why would u tell that to someone here when they’ll get spoiled by the video and the comments guy
Of all of those people, arguably Tig has the happiest "epilogue" - He survives everything and has found love by the end of the show. He certainly went through hell, but of all the members of SAMCRO who lasted from beginning to end (which, admittedly, is like 4 guys, 5 if you count T.O.) he arguably had the happiest ending. Well, maybe other than Happy, who was a fairly 1-dimensional (but fun) character who didn't get much in the way of growth during the show.
Someone needs to tally up how many "Jesus Christ" there are in SOA
Would be a close competition between that and Chibs with his Jackie/Jackie boy...
The SoA catch phrase 😂
I can HEAR jax saying it lol
dude I was thinking the same thing literally almost every episode they say it 😂

The coolest character in this show is Death disguising as that homeless woman.
Brookes mum
Well the truth is she symbolises jesus Christ
@@asimakis1179 personally I think it’s the death of Brookes mother
@@philsparkes9797 no no i mean kurt sutter in a interview mentioned she symbolize jesus appearing in the form of emily putner
@@asimakis1179 really? I never saw that interview
Jax’s mother and baby momma caused half of the drama of the show
I presume that you're referring to Wendy??
Karl Smith I thinks he’s talking about tara
@@Nukie.77 Wendy caused a lot of drama too
Karl Smith true but Wendy’s drama only lasted like the first two seasons
@@Nukie.77 who's death did tara cause?
I know most ppl feel Opie's death was like the worst, but hands down Tara's death was the one that brings the most tears to my eyes, All from the brutal way it happened, to the scene of jax crying saying goodbye to everyone, only to then find dead body rite after, the perfect song choice, to jax holding her body and letting out that horribly sad screech at the end, HANDS DOWN THE SADDEST DEATH
in my opoinion tara sucks
i agree with you! I had to pause and take a break after, it was so brutal and gruesome.
I hated Tara she was no good for the club
@@coursingking1475 i think she helped a lot for the clubs. shes basically a doctor and she handed those in sore.
Eff Tara…. Prime example of privileged white women
The removal of Kyles tattoo is actually in season 1. Not 5.... 🤦🏻♂️
This list must've been compiled by someone who had never watched the show
@@karlsmith2570 I think they meant to say episode not season.
Slip of the tongue, she should have said episode.
It also isn’t shocking anyone with previous knowledge of mcs new that Kyle was either in for a lot of pain or death when they saw the tattoo
There's also the part where she said Opie was sparing Jax making the decision of dies when it was actually Opie choosing to sacrifice himself instead of Jax.
One of the greatest shows of all time. Everyone should watch it.
I’ve watched it about 14 times beginning to end; not including watching random seasons and episodes. I finally bought it on dvd after Netflix dropped it. Now I’m watching it again with my daughter.
Facts!!
It's all on Hulu if you don't want to purchase the entire series.
@@gwendolynbien-aime1536 not sure if its one of the greatest of all Time, but definetely an amazing show, with some great seasons, some not as good
@@Joao-hl5cg
SAMCRO FOREVER!!!
I think Half Sacks death should definitely have been on that list, I know with everything that happened with the actor almost all mention of the character was stripped from the lore of the show but as part of the storyline it was definitely one of the most unexpected deaths, also Alvarez setting up the hit on his son was pretty twisted too.
Yeah half sack never even got patched over. He was the coolest prospect on there.
Poor Cherry, AKA Best Girl
@@joetroutt7425 From what I understand his abrupt departure from the show was mostly to do with clashes between the actor and showrunner, I'm pretty certain it was planned we would see him patched in.
@@kieranfo3739 too bad. They never wrote another prospect character since with any likability to him.
@@joetroutt7425 i always like phil. He wasnt much but i was sad to see him go lol
I was so sad when Hale died. He was starting to warm up to them.
@Chair of Truth he was starting to cross over, good thing he died before he became another Unser
I really liked Hale too sad he died
And that's why Jax had that dude's head smashed up out of great anger.
Damien Pope was the best antagonist outside of the club members. He was too smart, too wealthy and just too powerful for the club as a whole.
Too bad August marks was smarter
@@greenmatrix30seven no shit august admitted that he pope was smarter than him
Without a doubt, Tara’s death was completely shocking, caught me completely off-guard.
The burning of Tig's daughter was the most brutal and graphic thing to happen on the show. But for me the death of Opie was the most shocking, and it had a huge influence on Jax. After his death he wasnt the same and alot of his decisions were stupid and in the lead to his own demise.
I agree. But also we can't forget what Gemma did. She hurted Jax and the club with her lies. Jax wouldn't have started a war with the Chinese if it weren't for her
@@denisimamovic5381 True
I couldn’t agree more!
So true jax death was my worst part but opie was a diff story
One of the best shows out there
Agreed.
I like Fingering Things
Martin Siedlecki hush
Yea
I’m sorry everyone but seeing Opie for the last time before he is killed while he’s staring at Jax is utterly heart breaking. The scream Jax let out is nightmare inducing. 😩😭🥺
Opieeeeeee
When Opie got killed. I was so upset i couldnt watch for weeks. Felt like i lost a family member. I continued watching only when I was ready. 🖤
Otto was da realest ever!!! Went through hell for his brother's and never complained or rolled. Bet u cant find a gang member anywhere like him
One of the most underrated shows of all time. Personally it's top 3 for me
Breaking bad is better imo but yes it’s good good

Terra death still gets to me, more than oppie. It's so brutal.
Opie's death was pretty brutal in itself
Tara should have died long before it happened
@@karlsmith2570 with Oppie you knew he was going to die by the end but you hoped he would live. Ended, though brutal, in 1 hit. With Terra, her death was so visible, see her fight for her life, scared and then gets stabbed but still alive and then gets stabbed over and over again. You feel her powerless and fear, hoping Jax will rescue her.
I still hear the sound of the fork..
Ah i hated Tara
Jax’s boy cutting himself with the fork to frame Gemma
Abel
...🙃
Smart kid
Most shocking for me was how good the acting and chemistry was between Tig and Venus Van Damn. Wow. Both gifted actors.
Venus shoulda been in more. Ourstanding. Best series EVER. Thankyou Kurt Sutter. Love you. ❤❤❤
Venus was one of the few things that just about ruined it. Show would be an unquestionably flawless masterpiece without that creature.
Opie, Donna, Dawn, Bobby.... 😐 And even Jax. My god, what a show... I've laughed, cried, yelled at the tv, watched with my eyes and mouth wide open in shock... Kurt Sutter respect.
My absolute favorite show! I got the pleasure of meeting Ryan Hurst at our “local” comic con 4 years ago. I told him “ I don’t know how to talk to you, your my favorite, and your SOA death has messed me up for a long time” he gave me a hug and I politely ( more nervously) walked away 😭😘
I still cannot watch Opie’s death scene-it looks too real. You can almost see the lights go off in Opie’s/Ryan’s eyes.
To me, Opies last stand was the most gut wrenching moment. Poor guy just couldn't catch a break.
God I loved this show. Ive probably watched it like 4, maybe 5 times all the way through. If there was ever a show I could "completely forget" so I can experience it again for the first time, this would be it
Haha same
Man I miss this show 💔 one of the greatest TV shows of all time, highly underrated
This show and breaking bad was the best of past decade on tv
Yessss thoes 2 and walking dead are my fave series. Not finished twd but fave series so far
They also ran at the same time
The sopranos too
If you haven’t watched Peaky Blinders, I’d definitely get started. It’s the closest you’ll ever get to finding a show as good as Sons.
Let's be honest, the reason why we wanted more of Clay is because he was played by Ron Perlman
Yeah I wanted him to become a Preacher. 🤣🤣
🤮
This show was amazing for its time
What do you mean it's time?
How old are you, 12😲?
I wanted opie and lyla to have a happy ending and when i saw him die my heart was crushed💔
I believe an underrated shocking moment in the show was Abel telling Jackson while being tucked in that grandma killed Tara. Everyone knew Abel was going to tell him, it's just the way it happened that most affected me and left me with my mouth open.
THANK YOU Kurt Sutter for making this amazing masterpiece.
when gemma killed jax old lady , i was shocked asff
For me, the most shocking moment of the whole show was Tara's murder by Gemma. It's not just because it is very brutal, it is more because Tara of all people doesn't deserve this. I mean, all the others had it coming one way or the other, but Tara has done nothing that may justify this. Tara is the figure of hope and we want to believe that Jax will eventually find a way out of violence thanks to his love for her. It's also devastating to see how Gemma turns out to be such a monster because, despite all her flaws, Gemma also has a lot of heart and can be very nice and comforting. After she murders Tara, though, I admit I could only want her dead.
One of the best, and horrifying points of this show is the fact you can empathize with EVERY character. They all did horrid things to each other, but from their own point of view, they were doing the "right," thing at the time
Why does everyone forget Tara faked the loss of a child and never told Jax the truth? Hated her with a passion
@@galaxyjake2726 yes but she did it because she wanted out for her family. she didn't kill anyone. I dont like the character either but she definitely didn't deserve to die.
i wished that mothers death from season one. you must be a nice person.
Donna was even more undeserving of hers though
Taras death was heartbreaking. But so was Piney's death. I love that old man 😥
Jax saying "you killed my wife... What you did and how you did it, im gonna make sure you feel that" to the chinese guy who was identified as Tara's murderer by Gemma.. Really sad and shocking to see what kind of a man Jax had become. And with that Queens song playing in the background, man this scene was really sad and satisfying at the same time.
One of the hardest parts for me to watch was during the showdown with Venus’ mum. When they’re looking around the studio and then watch the video it’s horrible, and Jax looking at the crib with a camera pointed into it made me want to puke
I watched this show so many times and it will still make me tear up
yeah, I startet my third run and its still fantastic
I will need to get back to this later but need to mention that Maggie Siff was smokin' hot as always. She was GREAT in Mad Men too
And Billions.
I love Mad Men too!!
THE most underrated show of ALL TIME
I really felt the brutal death of Opie Winston, Clay Morrow destroyed that family, He first killed his wife Donna in cool blood, then his father Piney, and when Opie took his revenge on Clay he blamed the attack to the black which led to Tig killing Bope's daughter then the sons going to jail for that, that is when Clay killed Opie by convincing him to go to jail with his friend Jax teller. It really upset me Clay escaping to Ireland, but when Jax shot him... That was victory.
True
I agree
I reluctantly said I would watch ONE episode to get someone off my back about this show.......HOOKED!!!! I binged it in a few days and loved it. Ironically, same thing happened with The Walking Dead, and now I am still watching. And was very excited that Opie joined TWD as Beta. What a badass!!!!
I did the same
SHE JUST SAID CHUCKY “TOOK MATTERS INTO HIS OWN HANDS” AND I’M DYING!!! He’s literally my favorite character, but he hasn’t taken anything into his own “hands” since all his fingers were cut off😂🤣 I SUPER hope that was said on purpose
Man i miss this show and the cast so bad :( it was so amazing.
Buy dvd watch all day
My favorite show. Next to Spartacus.
I would hardly call clay or gemma's deaths shocking. Emotional, yes. But they were both clearly coming, and for a long time in clay's case...
Bobby's death was shocking. It just happened out of nowhere
This and Breaking Bad were the first shows on Netflix, in the early days, that I binged. Before I even knew that "binging" a show was a thing lol
I was so happy to see Chibs in Mayans M.C
My dad took me to visit his biker friend. We walk into the house while a few huge guys in cuts are sniffling at Opies funeral. I heard it was their 5th time watching it haha great show!
GAWD Opie's death was the hardest thing I watched on that show.
I somehow believed he still listens tu Tara's voice
I LOVE this show! Doesnt get the recognition it deserves, amazing character growth and to me, PERFECT ending!
This show so surreal and I'm so glad I had the honour in watching it, thank you !
Jax's dying the same way as his real father was like a bullet to my gut however I am glad Jax's allowed his son's to have a real future and grow up to be better and kind people than him and his grandparents !
"Grow old and die with dignity people"...
-SamCro-
I just finished binge watching this show last week. Good timing. Love this show.
The Shield, SOA, Mayans best shows FX has put out.
I second that
Still in 2020 -The Best Show Ever
Juice dying literally broke my heart. He was very innocent
What??? He was a rat and a traitor so he obviously had it coming
@@Jimbarleyy he didn't rat because he wanted to gain something from the club. He wanted to stay there because it meant everything for him
@@jaggeriscoughmedicine I get what you’re saying but that doesn’t justify talking to the feds about your club deals and withholding information about a member’s wife being murdered while blaming the chinese (also gemma) and made everything worse for Jax
@@Jimbarleyy ah wait . That is berserker jack's fault. He told him he was ok to do his bidding then he said he is done. Who betrayed and exploited who. And he saved Jemma and he was betrayed then too. Do you see it? He is the victim whatever he does
i agree with you, his death crushed me smh. he was dragged into all this by that one police officer and later manipulated to do the dirty work. idk i felt really bad for him and just wanted him to be okay :((
Cmon that season 3 finale needs to be on this list its not that violent but that twist was amazing
Some of these moments was so much for me to handle. It took me 3years to rewatch that episode
I'm looking for the clip of Opie carving SOA into the chest of a falsely-accused rival gang member, literally a couple of seconds after the guy has been shot in the face by Tig in Tig's effort to frame the guy for Donna's death. The guy is still alive for a minute until either Tig shoots him in the forehead or Opie does, then seeing Opie just viciously carve on his chest was one of the gnarliest deaths ever shown on film or tv. SOA was hard-R rated alot of the time. The stuff they got away with on basic cable tv.
Sutter played and enacted possibly the most shocking and depraved scenes in the series...while having only 3-4 total sets to work in and working with almost no one from the main cast. I have often be in awe at both his range, brilliance and sheer depravity at coming up with his own scenes.
Now Im going to have to rewatch SONS for the 5th time! AWESOME SHOW
For me the most shocking thing was the way jax found out about gemma killing tara. Can you imagine hearing something like that from your own little son? When he pressured juice to tell the truth was also so heartbreaking and the rest of the show was full on emotional abuse for me. I hate and love this show so much.
I was just watching the “Top 10 Shocking True Detective moments” when you published this video… 🙌🏻
I miss this damn show so freakin much!!!!
Sons Forever, Forever Sons
Wish FX let SOA have the same strong language as currently being used on Mayans MC. Love both of these shows.
Most emotional tv series i ever saw
I didn't feel bad for Gemma, I felt bad for Jax.
Gemma sucks.
This list was perfect from the beginning to the end great job guys!
Oppie's death was one of the most intense things ever seen on tv.
Opie was also Gerry Bertier from "Remember the Titans", talk about a guy who sacrifices for the greater good. Tremendous.
Yup. And he is also Beta in The Walking Dead.
Watching Opie be Murdered was so hard for me.... 😿
There’s so many horrible murders and things like that but Jemma killing Tara was just so disgusting and led to the end of everything. Like we can all hate our in laws and things like that but there’s something about seeing a mother killing another mother that really hurt to see.
Jax finding out Gemma killing tara is without a doubt the most shocking moment in the whole series for me, I know it was inevitable but the way it unfolded was nerve wrecking, fabulous acting and direction....
You knowing it was inevitable makes it not shocking. Clearly, you don't know what shocking means.
@@brittanylewandowski6200 clearly you have nothing productive to do with your life
Totally agree.
Man i have to give it to mojo for this much content each day, this is a lot
I’ve been waiting for so long this is the best show ever
Could’ve had like a thousand of these man SOA had so many shocking moments and the suspense of this show was INCREDIBLE. Just brilliant TV
For me Opie’s death was the worst. Dawn was awful, but I feel I didn’t know dawn enough for it to be the worst. We knew Opie so well and he was one of my favorite characters, it was just awful. Bawled my eyes out.
Who is Dawn
To me, the show was like a Shakespearean Greek tragedy on steroids. The Club was supposed to be a fiercely loyal brotherhood, but throughout the series you had multiple characters turning on and betraying others, leading to misery, suffering, and death. It's as if the Club was cursed. You'd get the feeling that if only these people had never met, had never come together in the Club, they might have all led longer, happier lives. The curse didn't just effect the members, but also their families; and just about anyone who came into contact with the Club. The Club relentlessly reached out and destroyed lives and people.
Easily Opie! Never saw it coming like many of the others. Was on vacation and I was literally in shock!
I’m a guy and started this show Christmas last year and I’m already to the end and let me tell you when Jax found Tara dead with the music had me SOBBING
Easy one of my top 3 tv shows of all time it has so many breathtaking moments amazing
I’ve watched this show 10+ times and I feel like watching it again. Just never gets old…
UNDERRATED amazing show that had some incredible moments. Awesome performance from the cast especially the leads and the plot was riveting and unpredictable. Season 6 was weird and started to lose steam a bit but everything was tied up nicely in season 7.
Y'know I tried to get into SoA back when series 3 first aired. I will admit I struggled and eventually gave up.
Got watching mayans, then decided "hell, you're stuck in lockdown, give sons another chance!"
Best decision I ever made!
7:10 poor Opie. 😥
Such a good show! Tig living probably takes the cake for us!
The sound Jax makes holding Tara once he finds her dead, still messes me up...
SOA video? In 2020?
*I'M FUCKING IN, LET'S GOOOO!*
My all time favorite. I miss it so much :( Amazing writing, cast, just everything.
Opie was done with living yo. It was mad hard to watch that yo. Jax shooting up Wendy was just fowl yo.
