Just get 700 rupees, go to Goron City, go into the armory, buy the Flamebreaker coat (no need to buy the others). Come back and you’ll be resistant to the heat.

Well i just noticed there is another stone shrine in the lava. Instead fighting talos. I picked the one in the lava lol…
