I love her body of work so far but Archies is not it. The actors she chose as the lead characters were terrible. And knowing the fact that she gave them a full year of acting training before their debut makes it even worse. It is for a fact that this privilege won't be allotted were they not kids of bollywood stars. Disappointed with Zoya. Hope her future projects will fare better.

The paps in India are not nice, they're working with the actor's PR and don't toe the line due to this relationship. Film journalism is dying a slow death here.
Paps are not journalists. They are sell their pictures to tabloids. Someone like Film Companion's Anupama Chopra can be accused of being in these actor's pockets.
I personally enjoyed the movie, not like any modern Indian movies you see nowadays. Besides, it’s the first film for many of these actors, and with knowing that it’s an amazing movie
