The opening part about the cab driver made me laugh. I was visiting my Niece in NYC & I was sitting next to our cab driver who was a Sunni. I said to him, "I've heard about there being dissension between Sunnis & Shias but I don't understand what is at its roots. Could you explain it to me?" My Niece let out an "oh man" in the back seat but I was curious. Well, I had a wonderful conversation with our cab driver. When we got to our destination I thanked him for explaining it to me.
