Eminem rapping fast is basically just showing off cuz he can do so much more than just rap fast. He can do everything from making you think with double and triple entendres, making you cry with emotional songs, making you listen with some deep and serious songs, make you laugh with some crazy shit
I like how the whole song is a "F You!" to haters thinking he's washed up. He released this as a single just to put them in their place and announce he's a rap god. The speed part is asserting dominance. Brilliant.

2Pac, NWA, Biggie, DMX - Some good classic old rappers you can react to.. (There are many others but these are my fav ones)

@Vindian86 Eminem is more lyricist than 'Pac. 'Pac is more of a POET. Lyricism is like wordplay and multiple entendres etc. Eminem has many of those, but 'Pac doesn't. But 'Pac touches your heart.

Some years ago... I was listening to this song on loop just for the vibe of it(casual music listener)>yes I understood nothing... Just couple one liners... Basically I never knew that rap music can have so many layers so I never tried.
But then one day I happened to pull up the 'genius' lyrics breakdown and that was when I Entered into the world of Eminem and lyrical hip hop...
(The music video is inspired from max headroom, a TV show our grandparents would remember...(Eminem is 40+ in this video lmao... This song was released about 10 years after the "when I'm gone" song) I mean those who lived in USA during 1980s.. like maybe 1% of people who watched this actually know this.)
And really appreciate you to not even try to break down the lyrics... Was about to say the same... Because there is just tooooo much in it And it is going to take a hell lot of energy... Just enjoy the song as it is.
Fun fact: Eminem in an interview said that this song was a freestyle...(it is so effortless for him to write this level of stuff> 25 years of experience gets you to this level)... so it's like he wrote 6 pages of lyrics over breakfast> went into the booth>and said it quickly in 6 minutes.

The fastest Rap I know is ShimmyMC- "Doubletime 2019". It's in German, but you'll still be able to aprreciate the pure speed even if you don't understand the lyrics

His thought process was, I'm a rap God to prove it i will use a dozen flow switches, change speeds a dozen times. Still have schemes, double and triple entendres, multiple beat switches, speak clearly pay homage to others who influenced me....... and to top it off from the first verse to the last word is 6 min..... which of you heard..... he says 6 min at the beginning of the song........ I did all that in 1 song to prove he's the best......... sadly he just keeps getting better.

Godzilla had a feature artist I don't hold in high regards and it's still new.
Speedom in my point of view is only for people who're mentally composed for speed rapping/ who's use to it on a constant basis.

Iv been listening to eminem from a young age and he has helped me through alot of trouble times in my life. here is some of my favourite songs by him that you haven't heard yet.. (Mosh, Stan, venom) also You might find Twenty One Pilots a good band if you haven't already heard them..

Come to think of it, there's a couple of things I can chip in:
That talk show spoof refers to a IRL talk show host who was called Sally Jesse Raphael (kind of an Oprah Winfrey knock-off). She had a reputation for being kindly, compassionate, etc. back in the days before talk shows became a violent 3 ring circus and gong show.
As for the Elvis skit, that was in reference to his final days on earth and how he died. Because of the emotional pain of his daily existence he ended up eating a lot, doing a lot of drugs (which made him severely constipated) AND, in the end, he ended up dying from literally pooping too hard. (YES, pooping too hard can actually hospitalize or downright kill you!)

XD lol, jk. Loved the video and yes, you could say that he is at least among the fastest rappers... at least as far as very popular, mainstream rappers. But that's also the thing... There are many rappers who rap faster than him, but they tend to be very, kind of, "underground" rappers that most people on average don't usually know or listen to (also because half of these are, like, virtually impossible to understand when they rap lol. That's what's most impressive about Em imo, it's that he can rap very fast while still maintaining clarity and pronouncing every word fully)
I don't like twisted insane because you literally can't understand him when he is going fast.
@@rory9659 It's just really a matter of getting used to it I guess, but he does actually pronounce every word he says, I think he might be the fastest, or one of the fastest rappers that actually is still somewhat understandable. One simple example of this would be his short, final verse in TechN9ne's Worldwide Choppers. If you look at the lyrics you can clearly see that every word is there, and it just needs some getting used to, in order to hear them.
Like, if Twisted is hard to understand, then what about Crucified? XD (I mean, a lot of people would just say he's garbage but still, lol... He's actually virtually impossible to understand)

I think you should react to Killshot, Alfred's Theme, Godzilla, Killer, or Spacebound. These songs are all by Eminem. I would try to stay away from his song Insane though for the fact that it is a little disturbing.

I use IG like 24/7. But not in a bad way. I chat with friends. And because lockdown and all that crazy things.
I love rap so so so so much. And no Emenim is not the fastest rapper in the world. But he does it fast and clear and good. The only thing I don't like about rap and some of Emenim rap songs is just the bad topics. Just inappropriate nonsense just for the sake of it and getting payed to do it. Just bad. I am not sure ill be able to watch your reaction to the last em song you did because its just the wrong kind of silly.
So I listen to people who speek life, and do real music and maybe some fun fictional worlds.
So my favourite music artist of all time is Toby Mac. His songs "Speek Life" and "Help is on the way" are so Good. And my little 4 year old sister calls them her songs. They are her favourite songs and she trys to sing them and its the cutest thing ever.
My next favourite artist and rapper is NF. His brand is "real music" He always puts out real and deep and honest music and lyrics. He is 100% every time. And his song "Outcast" is a good intro to him. And it was the first song of his I listened to. But all the NF fan's wll tell you to react to literary ever NF song in order. Lol. But ill help you out with that.
Then there is the music to get me though my work day without crying about deep topics or listening to the songs my sister sings. I listen to a certain rapper like almost 24/7. His name is Dan Bull. He raps about video games. And occasionally some songs about free speech, politics, personal things (like NF) and about cats. Yes he has a song about cats. I would love for you to react to that song soon. Pretty Please. And Dan Bull can rap super fast too. But I could tell you everything you are a reactor lol.
