Good video the entire monologue is actually very useful. I like to do most of my cardio outdoors when I can because I find it is easier to engage for longer periods but yes doing it indoors is sometimes more easier.
I commend this woman and everyone grinding. Its really hard to stay consistent going to the gym specially if you have a lot of things going on, work,school etc. Congrats, that body is so hot right now.

THISSS!!!! Now a days everyone wants to be a weightlifter to have big arms and butts, and they talk a lot of shit about cardio. Cardio is good for your cardiovascular health!!! Yeah maybe it's not gonna give you a defined back and shredded abs and the biggest glutes, but one of the biggest benefits is your heart and lungs (two VERY important organs) are gonna be healthier. What's more important than that? Especially because of the crazy amount of people that vape/smoke, have diabetes, hypertension, poor circulation, shortness of breath, and other heart related conditions.
That's the reason why I like a little cardio mostly for heart health especially if one is genetically predisposed to cardiovascular diseases, but love resistant training
Are you on your feet all day at work? Having a hard time getting extra steps in. I used to work retail and would walk 10-15k and now have a sedentary job. It’s hard to walk past 3k and even with 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill I can’t seem to be as active. What would you recommend?
I have the same issue but as a teenager on summer break. I'm not moving like I am in school lol. I make it a priority in my day to go on a walk with my dog and we're usually out for around an hour to an hour and a half and I get a little over 7K steps this way. I listen to a audiobook while I do it (mine is fantasy so it's exciting to listen to over a self help book). I also go to the gym and some treadmills have this holder where my phone can sit so I walk there while watching RUclips! You can also buy a walking pad and if you work from home, you can walk while you work OR walk while watching your favourite shows on tv or holding your phone! It's hard at the beginning and I have it a bit easier bc I have a dog to take care of but start small. Make ur 30 min walks a daily habit where you don't miss them. Then ramp it up to an hour and an hour and a half. The trick is to add something you will definitely enjoy. Now, I make sure I get 10k steps a day and when i have a good gym day, I burn 2.5k calories as a 5'5 61kg girl who sleeps for 12 hours a day 😁

Hey love, when I first started, I just watched loads of different creators videos. Over time I started to pick up on the basics. TikTok has loads of great videos for beginners. Also, dont worry if you don’t know where to start, just start somewhere, don’t expect yourself to know everything yet. You can do it !!

I don't want to be a hater or anything but quick and intense walking/sprinting session is not cardio. You actually increase your Vo2max which is your lung capacity but you do not train your cardiovascularity that much. For that you need slow/intense LONG session, which is the key to train your heart to provide oxygen and blud to your muscles more effectively. Intense and short workout are great but it is not as efficient as slow and long workout, it is great don't get me wrong but it is not the same thing.
You are soooo amazing but i dont understand why you are doing cardio because if you in “gain muscle” level you should eat extra calories and building exercises (bulk level and gain muscle) (sorry about my english :()

I do cardio half 9 incline 30 mins walk then 7.0 run 30 mins. Then 60 mins SPIN cardio each day 🥵
