Good to hear that you have all got through it. I found that little & often was best & it was only when i studied about nutrition that I started to realise what really makes you stronger & healthier. Finding foods that you can tolerate is key but it si so important to eat nutritionally dense foods and not processed foods.
I had SCT on Nov 9th for MM. I live on ice cream milkshakes and fruit. Basically all I can get down. It’s Feb 11 now.
