I hope that the reimbursement situation has improved. Edit to add- I like that you are specifying categories to review (service etc.) Really like how you break it out. Is the total score on a scale of 100? ETA - it's a base of 60. I need to watch again. You might want to think about a 100% scale. A 60 would be perfect in your model but I don't think the average viewer wants to try a restaurant that scored a 60.

Ryno - you are not hated on the internet. Some of us have noticed a change in your demeanor and recognize that you have been struggling the past couple of years. Of late (obviously we know why) that seems to be changing and it looks like you are getting better. Your perspective has a place in creating a well rounded review. It’s helpful to people to see what someone thinks who is like the members in their own group. If they have someone who tends to be a bit more anxious - how you feel in a situation helps them make a decision about whether it’s a go/no go for their family. Now we just need another Mac and Cheese Steve, a Julie (mom of special needs child) and someone with a very sophisticated palate (can’t remember if Corey is that) and it’s all covered.
Came here to say the same about Ryno. A former team member posted online that a jealous boss picked on Ryno because he was a fan favorite. Having the "real Ryno" back is such a treat. These last few videos let his funny charm shine through. Favorite indeed!

These last few videos really show off all of your personalities and bring DIS back to being a great place for good info on Disney. I like the new rating scale, I think it's going to be helpful. And all of your outfits are super on pointe today - please keep bringing the personality to this channel. Oh - and I can kind of understand Erica's 8 for value - breakfast in Disney is going to cost at least $25 (with your coffee and juice) and then to meet 5 characters is either going to entail waiting several hours in line or getting Genie+ for the day so basically you're paying $25 to skip the character lines and buy back some time (since breakfast only takes an hour). It's expensive, yes absolutely, but you're saving a lot of time and effort.

I think that's helpful to people who my have never been there before. 3 different people sharing what they experienced is amazing. It looks like you had fun and that is showing though in how relaxed and the jokes you make. Keep it up!
Really enjoying the latest batch of videos and the changes that have been made. I love the comments about service, one of the reasons I love Disney is you tend to get amazing service which can make a mediocre meal a good one. The level of service you had is the standard service we have in the UK!

You can already start to see the changes in the content for the better. All 3 of you seemed more relaxed and energetic, Erica has improved so much to a few months ago and it’s great to see her appear more confident. Still a long way to go and some things still desperately need to be addressed regarding the current situation but the 3 of you can easily be the core of a big change moving forward

Please do more breakfast reviews! Breakfast has always been neglected when it comes to your reviews. We try to have a PPO breakfast ADR most mornings in or near our park for the day - such as Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace for MK day (I actually miss the breakfast at Tony's from many moons ago), Tusker House breakfast is always an absolute must for our AK day, Garden Grill for Epcot...or Cape May if we are staying at Yacht/Beach. HS is the exception, because....no thanks to Hollywood & Vine. Also would love to see videos, not necessarily even reviews, going over the breakfast options at all the resorts. You could do 3-4 resorts at a time in each video.
I enjoy these videos. I must say I was surprised that Rino had never been to Chef Mickey's. Erica really adds so much to the dining videos vis allergies, so very helpful! Keep up the good work guys!
Been there with my grandchildren and they loved it. Food was fine but seeing the faces of my granddaughters as they interacted with the characters was priceless.

I'm thinking maybe they tucked you away in the alcove with the castle view because you were a party of adults. When you gave your scores at the end, you could tell how loud it must have been in the open area of the restaurant. Perhaps they did it because they thought adults might find it less annoying than being in loud-town? Ryno, you cracked me up at the beginning : ))
We go to chef mickeys everytime we come, we do breakfast and dinner...it just depends what works best that trip. Its always been ok, but we do it because the characters are fun. However, our last trip was in October 2021...we went for dinner and it was incredible!!! I was blown away! We got the last reservation of the night...like 925pm, so i was oaranoid they were gonna rush us and everything was just not going to be great. It was the total opposite. First, the food was amazing. It was the family style situation still from covid. But i am incredibly picky and i LOVED the food options. But what made the experience out of this world was the cast members and characters. We were one of only like 10 tables filled still so we got so, so much character time, it was something i will never forget. My daughter getting to play with goofy for 20 minutes straight is a memory we will cherish forever.

Been there few times and each time Chef Mickey from service,food,and character meet and greet was amazing. They especially paid extra attention to our special needs son each time which was the main reason we went. 🤷♂️

Great review! We enjoyed Chef Mickeys in Feb with our 3 kids. The characters we had definitely went above and beyond which made the experience very special for my 3yr old girl meeting Minnie. A trip highlight for sure!

You all seem so much happier and the content has been phenomenal! Love the rating scale! I completely get it! But some people like a more concrete number. So maybe an idea we see that works amazing is rating each category on a scale of 1-5. And then adding it together and deciding it by a the number of items rated! So like Craig’s and Erica’s would be a 7 or if you did the math a 3.5 out of 5. It may look more appealing than a 42. 😂 Whatever you do however, we won’t be missing any more episodes! 😊

Water refills are exactly the same thing I base tips on. I get my water filled regularly because I need to drink a lot when I eat I give very generous tips.
The first half of the review y’all really did a great job of displaying the food which looks and sounds a ton better than when my wife and I ate there 10 years ago. The service rating surprised me because your server did bring you out a plate full of allergy friendly options and not just the waffles you requested so the service you experienced the rest of the time must’ve been pretty bad. To be honest, I hope Ryno can find a place he enjoys because he hasn’t had a positive restaurant review in quite a long time. Overall, I appreciate the diversity of opinions and mindsets because it really covers a lot of bases. Thanks!
I'm with Ryno, no pineapples on my meat please! I have to say for a 42 out of 60 rating, that price tag doesn't sound worth it. If I'm spending that kind of cash, I'd rather see more of a 50 out of 60 rating. Would love to see you guys do the Hollywood and Vine character breakfast!

Okay it’s crazy you read my mind. Tonight I was debating if I should go to a restaurant I’ve been to before and love or give chef mickeys a try to go somewhere new. I think you definitely convinced me it’s not worth it. Honestly it is the one place too when I looked up pictures of the food from reviews it actually looked really bad.
Loved the review! I miss the wave breakfast buffet. Sweet potato pancakes with honey pecan butter, key lime eggs Benedict, grits with bacon and cheddar. So much variety and it was like $25.
Like I said before, the videos these past two weeks have just been great and I am loving the more playful banter between Craig and Rhyno.

Breakfast at Chef Mickey's is much better than dinner imo. Then again, I am a bit bias cuz I LOVE breakfast food, ESPECIALLY disney breakfast food.

Boma's a great buffet, but no characters. Best breakfast buffets with character (imo) are Tusker House and Cape May Cafe.

Okay it’s crazy you read my mind. Tonight I was debating if I should go to a restaurant I’ve been to before and love or give chef mickeys a try to go somewhere new. I think you definitely convinced me it’s not worth it. Honestly it is the one place too when I looked up pictures of the food from reviews it actually looked really bad.

Loved the review! I miss the wave breakfast buffet. Sweet potato pancakes with honey pecan butter, key lime eggs Benedict, grits with bacon and cheddar. So much variety and it was like $25.
Its like the school bully has been kicked out of school.

This breakfast definitely is a real Disney feel! I would only come here with children I would not come as adults with no children
