I could remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got addicted to alcohol and cigarettes. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.

I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.

Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏

I just had a "rebellious streak" in me, which I later learned that I inherited from both of my parents. It wasn't a "daily" thing, but an "occasional" thing to start with. Usually the weekends. It's a bit of a long story, overall... but would never fly these days. My grandmother (who raised me) was SO overprotective, that it really sparked my rebellious side. I kept it on the down low for years, and it wasn't until I was 18 before she caught me actually drunk.

Only time it was worse, was when I ate something wrong and my stomach was to acidic, yet I still went to a club to celebrate with friends. 3 shots were enough to wipe me out. Normaly I can drink equivalent of 6 shots and be good enough to walk straight...

2 things most important about drinking Alcohol:
    1. Drinking on an empty stomach. Without any food, the alcohol hits harder and longer. (A personal exp this last Xmas.)
    2. Level of tolerance. I drink one or 2 times a year. When I drink alcohol it take less, and has a longer effect, to get a buzz.
Compared to someone I use to talk to that drank a 12 pack every day of the weekend.

My family has been heavy drinkers for the past 12ish generations. One of my ancestors was a catholic saint who performed a miracle where him and his boys had a mug of endless beer. Iv been a more than average drinker for a LONG time and it hasn’t effected my liver

I've been drinking for almost 3 years now although not more than twice a month. My body never liked the taste or smell of alcohol no matter how drunk I get. Three shots and my body be like "that's it botha.. you better stop or get ready for vomit." It works like a self limiter that prevents me from over-drinking and hangovers.

I personally feel nothing of this when I drink 😅 I get a little more social and walking might be a big wobbly, that's about it. I've never had impaired judgement while drinking. Not even when super drunk 🤷🏻‍♀️
Be smart, eat something. Drink a lot of water while you get drunk. Don't drink alcohol too fast, etc. I've only been hungover twice in my life.

What would be amazing if someone found a substance that reduces activity in amygdala but doesn’t cause damage. MDMA does this but even that can cause some neurotoxicity.

Of course some things are worse for us than others. No debating that. But... Moderation, people. Everything with moderation. Humans have such a proclivity to go one extreme or the other. Don't be afraid of these things. Respect them. And then once you respect them, you can enjoy these things in moderation.
