Not sure i get it.. huge bowl of ice and small amount of toppings.. guess its one of those things you have to try.. I do love my slurpee's/ice drinks.. so maybe its something like that if you mix it all together or something..dunno.. also do you have to eat in front of them to give back the metal bowls? thats a brain freeze waiting to happen lol
The first clumpy topping looked like Natto. The second topping looked like a sauce made from condensed milk or just condensed milk itself... The white dumpling is possibly made from rice flour.

well, that's really not much, that's a small bowl to be honest. If you come to Taiwan and walk into any shaved ice store, the bowls are usually bigger than the ones in the video.

Yellow powder are grinded peanuts with sugar，black powder are grinded black sesame that are always addled in chinese desserts
Sause is a mix of different nuts and sugar but im not sure what exactly is that
