He makes it look so effortless, that you have to watch in slow motion to appreciate how complex and precise his skating is. But then in normal frames per second he's just goin' with the flow like it ain't no thang... all while dressed as casual pirate.

its disliked because somebody made a low quality 10 minute video of all old fottage while titling it "2018", we thought we were seeing something new but just somebody probably trying to monetize old videos.
It's because he doesn't have a mohawk and a Descendants t-shirt and Vans and mad ink.

I haven't skated since High School which was like 15 years ago, but watching Richie makes me want to buy a deck, get oit there and have fun. Clearly he skates for the fun of it and doesn't care about the "I need to risk my well being to get noticed" mentality.

Not being funny and Jackson is unreal but Rodney Mullen will always be best because he had nothing to copy from he had to create everything from new in his mind with no influences from others doing it.

Thanks man, you're the only person to mention Rodney. I'm tired of hearing everyone describe Richie as genius because he can slip on a metal plate and roll on a table. Rodney remains and will remain the most creative skater in history simply because he's the one who invented most of the tricks that exist and even more than anyone else could, even today. There are no new tricks in this video, these are just acrobatics, and most of the tricks are Rodney's inventions that get to do better ... tired of this generation that gobbles buzz video and marvel in front of nothing because they are too lazy to inquire or look elsewhere ...

He's Rodney's great-grandfather, he traveled to our times with a time machine he built with his craziness and Rodney's knowledge of quantic physics. For some reason it's the only way this whole video could make sense haha.

Watching Richie Jackson on acid makes me question if there are any limits on the creativity of skateboarding or humanity in general. He's definitely one of the most creative and consistently entertaining skaters since the OG Rodney Mullen. I'll watch tons of skate videos where I can instantly name every trick they do or see skaters do tricks that I've seen done often, but with Richie, it's like I wonder if I'm even watching skateboarding. It definitely seems like an artist painting a surrealist piece for him.

If you watch closely his right foot just clips the board enough to slow the spin down. Must've taken ages to perfect that trick, so much to think about 🤔
Granted I haven't really followed a lot of skateboarding in the past 10-15 years, but this is some of the coolest, most creative shit I've seen since Rodney Mullen.

Literally looking like the devil, riding for Death skateboards with the skull and bones, and my pointing out at 7:49 flashing a 666 hand sign, and finally a very unique and almost magical like skateboarding riding skills! Like alot of the past and present music artists, magicians, sports figures etc. with awesome talents that actually admit their involvement with the occult, Lucifer, Satan. I could be wrong, and I like this dude's riding style, just my intuitive discernment that was telling me things that's present other than skateboarding. Thanks for the question tho Brother.
