I think the horse glitch was fixed a long time ago, only bad horse breeds are gonna spawn at that spot

Easy way to make money: if your honor is high the horses are offered at a discount. Buy them, ride them and bring them to bond four. Sell them back to the stable at a profit.
idk, my Perlino Andalusian is at level 4, the stable price was $90...but I don't remember if she was saddled or stabled.

You put a panther saddle on any horse, and they will do fine. You just have to get in the habit of holding down the left sick when they are near any type of predator. Nice thing about playing it on pc, is you can download and use just about any kind of save, including the horse of your choice.
Free black arabian in saint denis, at night by the N in Saint , trigger the fight the black arabian is infront of said fight, also the striped arabian is a good free option as well

I love the horses too! I'm going to have to let one go so I can get the MFT in Chapter 3. Might choose the Andalusian Perlino, she's not brave. Maybe the next one I catch will be a stallion, if that makes a difference. I'm subscribed, love your accent.

I have a dark bay shire named big boah and at level 4 he hasn’t bucked me once and with my saddle and stirrups i barely notice a speed difference but i am someone who likes my horses brave but he is my go to rn.
Using him too, kinda want something either more speed tho

Best horse is relative. It depends on what you want for a horse. I prefer an all around horse. Hungarian Half Bred, Dutch Warmblood, Turkoman, Appaloosa and Mustangs are probably the best all around breeds
for me its missouri fox trotter, turcoman, and nokota. loved all three
I think the warp brindle is the bravest Arabian
There is not stat for bravery in the files. It's not real.
Best horse is the Nacogdoches saddle with the hooded stirrup
You can attach any fully bonded cosmetic horse to it.

We've know for a long while that you can and should ride whatever you want, every stat is irrelevant as soon as you get the proper tack. You can get used to every handling.
Here's a characterist that nobody discusses: height. It matters as obstacles and colisions check your horse height. Same with jump height and triggers like wagon-jumping. The turkoman's first person view can be bumpy because it was added later and took the tiny arabian animations.
And stop talking about bravery and skittish, it's not real. The files have been analyzed thoroughly over and over, folks have devoted many hours testing it too, and there's nothing there. Your horse will always buck you in some situations, and it won't in others. Your turkoman will buck you off it it's the target and in range of a cougar roar, there's nothing and I mean nothing you can do. It's a scripted attack. Your only chance is if you're online with someone and the cougar roars at them. Your horse wasn't braver than theirs, it's just not the target. How many times do I have to see people shooting near their own horse and comment how skittish they are based on the animation? It's your horse, it's programed to not run away at your shots. It looks more skittish because the Race horses share the same animation, even their "standing still" animation is skittish to make them look fast and eager to run. Draft horses are the same on the other side of the spectrum. What matter is stuff like if you're calming your horse, if the horse is fed, if the predator is within 30 meters, if you're running towards it, etc. There's so many variables it feels unique, that's why they kept it. But no bravery stat. I want to believe my andalusian is bravest but it's not like that.
Anyways! My favourites on Rdo are the bay andalusian, the dapple hungarian halfbred, the blue roan MFT and the silver kladruber. I like my horses with the shortest mane possible. On storymode I like the dapple hungarian halfbred from the snakeoil salesman the most but I always keep the black shire.

Not a fan of Arabians. They’re just too small. I’d say the Norfolk Roadster is the best all rounder.
Definitely too small for Arthur...he's better off on bigger breeds like the Thoroughbred, Hungarian and Dutch Warmblood as examples
